Custom Cleaning

They did a very detail-oriented, thorough job. They avoided using harsh chemicals. I was very pleased and others noticed. Would definitely call them again. The name of the business is Custom Cleaning, Inc.

Geri Steiner is the owner and she is very reliable and accommodating. I needed someone to clean my house every 2 weeks and hired Custom Cleaning because they used natural cleaning supplies. In the years they have been cleaning my house I have had some good teams and some that are not as good. When I have complained that a team has not done as good of a job, Geri has fixed the problem quickly, even coming out herself to reclean. I also like that she is flexible. There have been times when my child is sick and home from school and I can reschedule the visit easily. The only problem I have is that they charge by the hour whereas other cleaners I've used stay until the job is done and the price remains the same.

When I came home from work, the house looked new inside. The floors were shiny and clean. Everything was tidy. My kitchen was clean again, and all the spills were gone from inside the fridge.

Since Custom Cleaning is a cleaning service, Geri trains her cleaners and sends them out to different jobs. When I first hired the service more than a year ago I had a team come in that was very good. That team was replaced by a woman whose work deteriorated over time. When I spoke to Geri (the owner) about it she was very apologetic and appreciated my feedback and the next day she came in herself and did a fantastic cleaning job. Since then, Geri has been coming in with her husband and another woman and they do amazing work. Everything is thoroughly clean and looks great. They use natural cleaning products, so they always leave my house smelling like lavender. I appreciate the ease of communication with Geri and her hard work.
