COWBOY CLEANING

I was acting as executor of the estate and had too much to deal with at a time when time to grieve would have been nice.  I hired several helpers that were not helpful or worse than that. To find someone who took pains to really clean and renew the house built in 1909, main asset and biggest headache, was a real gift.
Much tramping in and out and through, while sorting and dispatching furniture and belongings made the whole house seem grungy and dusty. Important details included the kitchen, which had been re-done in the eighties, but used hard.  Some staining to the beige counters, made kitchen look at best, slightly dirty. I have no idea what miracle process was involved, but the surface looked clean and bright after the cleaning, without dark spots. The drain in the basement shower was so nasty, I stopped looking there. I figured whoever bought the house would switch it out along with the kitchen counters. Another miracle: the whole metal shower was clean and without rust, like a clean metal shower.  The toilet in that area, another major yuk!! revived. I have felt sorry not to have tipped him generously. I was running stingy and harried with my estate duties. When I really looked at what was accomplished, I was amazed and grateful!
I don't know how I found Cowboy Cleaning then, but I was happy to find Bobby on Angie's List today. I hope to be able to arrange for him to clean our home. Now that I've checked his website and seen all the services offered, including the steamer, What a find!

Bobby has been cleaning our home for years and we have always been pleased with his work.  He is especially good on hardwoods and stainless steel appliances.

They did a superb job. My Realtor recommended them, saying "it's sometimes hard to get an appointment with them, but they're the best." She was definitely right. I had to wait about a week and a half, but my house was gleaming by the time they were finished. The price was higher than what they'd originally quoted me because the job took longer. (I think the longer time was legitimate - the house was badly in need of a clean after construction).
