Did not actually look in the attic to verify where any of our ceiling joists were located. Charged me $500 to stand in my living room and confirm everything I already knew.

John responded quickly and was able to come out to look at our job within a day. He was very helpful and talked us through the process and our project, helping us determine load barring walls.

Quick reply and accommodated our fast schedule to have a structural inspection on a home we were offering on. Showed up on time. Very casual, which is OK, but I felt like I was leading the inspection, he only answered the questions I asked and only looked at the areas I asked him to look at. Requested a **quick** written report of the inspection but never received it. In the end, this does not really matter for us (we did not get the home), but given the price, and the fact only 20was spent at. the property I expected more for the cost.

John came out and looked at several issues, determined them to be cosmetic not structural and wrote a certified letter to that effect. We got great peace of mind from his visit.

Engineer was knowledgeable, performed the evaluation , and provided the report that I needed.
