+ -1 moreMR FRANK WAS ON TIME, EXTREMELY POLITE, CHARGED EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD. HE GAVE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. HE WILL SERVICE ALL AREAS AND MAKES HOUSE CALLS.
Description of Work: COMPUTER WAS TAKEN AND REPAIRED. MR FRANK CAME TO MY HOUSE, TOOK MY COMPUTER WITH HIM, REPAIRED IT, CLEANED IT AND HAD IT BACK TO ME WITH IN 24 HOURS. HE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND DID NOT CHARGE ME OVER THE ESTIMATE. HE ALSO HELPED ME UPGRADE MY COMPUTER. HE ALSO PROVIDES TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE.
