Purchased an every other week mow, blow, weed, edge package for $100/mo. The first visit a split rail fence was damaged, and when I called to ask I heard two versions from the two owners, Brandon and Jennifer. Brandon, who does most of the on-the-ground work stated that he was not at my house for that visit but would check. With no follow-up I called back and Jennifer, his wife who coordinates the office part of their business stated that Brandon was on site and can guarantee nothing had been done by their crew. I should have realized their two faced ways then. Their next visit and there after they would mow, but edging was not even, grass was left on patios and the driveway, and weeding only included roughing up the dirt with a rake, dislodging some weeds but leaving most and no removal of the dislodged weeds. With this method of 'weeding' it caused them to also tear up my groundcover, exposing more area for weeds to grow. Each weekend after they came my husband and I would need to spend hours edging, blowing, and weeding - a service I thought we had purchased. When I called Jennifer to discuss the quality of work she would listen and agree it should be better, but nothing improved. What topped everything was I have a client at work who was complaining of her yard service and how her provider had removed her strawberry groundcover and left buttercup. I asked who she used and she confirmed it was Complete Landscaping. I decided at that moment this service will not get better and canceled my service. After I called Jennifer to cancel I received an email from Brandon: "I just heard from my wife that you have elected to no longer have lawn maintenance. This email is to confirm that effective immediately we will no longer service your property. I did notice your lawn was getting pretty dead." Hmmm, shouldn't the lawncare professionals prevent a lawn from dying? And oddly enough it has been 4 weeks since my last service and the grass is dark green and healthy as we are cutting to the correct height and weeding the dandelions out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

It went great. I have used Complete Landscaping twice in the last couple of weeks. Jennifer does the scheduling and she is very prompt in her response. Very easy to schedule. Zach has come out both times to do the work. He is very professional and hard working. He listens to what needs to be done and completes the work and more. I have finally found a trustworthy company with quality workers who want the customer to be happy in the end. Thank you Zach for your very hard work. I will be using this company frequently.
