It was just great. They were on time and he basically knew what to do. He knew his business and he took care of it. He said that if I had a problem and that it didn?t do the trick to call him and he would be out at no charges. He would get the longer snake out. He guaranteed his work. I would have liked him to come out with both hoses in the first place.

We called on a Thursday and they said that they would be out on Monday and they were. He went to where the damaged area was and had a camera scope. He identified where the issues was. He took out the wall board. He took out the pipe to fix it. We had another leak subsequently a few weeks later. He came back and fixed it. They were timely and weren?t too expensive. It was a good experience.

Our plumbing is very old. It was taking the toilet 45minutes to refill after flush and the fill valve had long since rusted in place. I was afraid to mess with it for fear it would break off inside the wall. The response to my phone call was prompt and courteous; they were able to schedule in my time frame and came exactly as promised. I really appreciated that they were willing to give me a ballpark estimate of the time and cost on the phone (with full understanding that ancient plumbing could come up with more serious problems). He cam exactly on time & managed to get the nipple out and showed us it was so clogged we had a pinhole of flow; the connector was rusted nearly through and crumbly. So glad I didn't try it myself. The actual cost was a bit under the estimate and he even installed my new toilet seat for me! the price was within other estimates I had gottem previously.

They did a good job. I think they charge a lot.

The access was tricky but they found a way to do it without great cost. They responded quickly to my call even though it was during the holidays. They came out promptly for an estimate and got it to me in a couple of days. The estimate was less than 1/2 the other estimate I got. They scheduled the work promptly. Once they got here they encountered a problem with access and had to due more work but didn't charge any more. I will certainly call them again if I need plumbing help

I got a fast response from Collier, and they were able to come out the next day, which was great because I had the wet carpet rolled up and a tub catching drips. Brent arrived a few minutes early and got right to work assessing the leak and the drains. The leak was not as serious as I had feared, and he completed everything in just under an hour, giving me information and tips along the way. He got a lot done in a short time. Overall, a perfect experience! I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

All went very well. The efficient, great job was done by Mike. Afterward, my former faucet began to leak under the counter, which it had done occasionally before. I called, and he installed a new one (I'd purchased) at a small charge. The time charges were explained to me before work was done. Duration of the work was unknown at first, as were replacement parts. The 10% discount on labor was given.

Their subcontractor, Full Bore, encoutered a difficult rock and the line was not well located by the locating service so they had some hunting to do at the streeet. Mike's son hooked up the new line cleanly. They handled all permit and inspection requirements - A 1 day job plumbing after a 1 day job boring. They also gave me a choice of pipe type - I chose copper for the electrical ground.

The plumbing work was done well, and we have no complaints, but the workers could be a little more professional, more focused on the work at hand, and less chatty about things not pertaining to the job.

Sent a worker out to snake kitchen drain within 24 hours of our call. Said they would schedule a separate appointment to repair hose bib (wasn't an emergency). Called to schedule hose bib work one week later but only billed for one service call. My dad, who is an amateur home repair specialist, was visiting and watched the hose bib repair from start to finish (poor plumber!). Said he couldn't believe how fast the guy worked and how little they charged!

Very professional. Excellent work. Timely, and the office confirms appointments. A little high on the price side, but worth the value.

I accidentally plugged up the toilet. I tried the plunger and that didn't work. I obtained a snake and that got stuck. I called Collier and made arrangements for a time for someone to come and fix it. Brent showed up at the time agreed to with Dru (his apprentice). He cleared the clog. While checking out the fix he noticed that the toilet was filling very slowly. He was not able to clear the fill valve and had to replace it. I had one on hand that I was intending to use in that toilet, but hadn't gotten around to replacing it. All this was done within the minimum charge time of 30 minutes. I have had no trouble since.

The two guys were fantastic. It took about a week or two and they arrived at 8 and left at 4. They were always on time and very friendly. They even did things that were not in the bid. Little things they noticed that needed attention and they didn't charge us for it. They just did it and mentioned it after the fact. They worked really hard and brought in jack hammers and various equipment to install the new pipes. They also put in plumbing for a washing machine that we did not have prior access too and put in pipes for a dishwasher set up. I would highly recommend this company and when we remodel the kitchen, we will have them back.

I was very unhappy with Collier Plumber Incorporated. Their work was alright and I was happy with it, but the man was very unfriendly and raised his voice at me, telling me I had a bad sink. I felt he was very unprofessional and that their customer service was bad.

I've used Collier Plumbing on a few occasions in the past for various small jobs and was happy once more with the price, speed and most of all the quality of work performed for my dishwasher installation. I had demoed the hole for the dishwasher in existing cabinetry myself, and it was a bit of a tight fit. But in less than two hours, Mike was able to get everything up and running and seated properly in that small spot. And the price was almost half that quoted by another company. Count me as another very satisfied customer.

Brent and helper Ben, BOTH called to say they were running a little late but, in fact, they were only 5 minutes outside the estimated time of arrival. They were both very pleasant, professional, and wasted no time in getting the job done. In fact, they were here for less than half an hour. I am a very satisfied customer and would not hesitate to use them again.

Mike was early and very efficient with his time. He also worked while we had other contractors working on other parts of the condo (which was messy & chaotic), so he was very accommodating. Great job and no more issues.

Overall very good. He had to reschedule the appointment for 30 minutes later than originally scheduled and called the morning of to do so. Very nice, professional, intelligent, helpful. Price seemed a bit high for what was done, but I suppose it is comparable to what others would charge.

Mike was on time, polite, industrious and pleasant.

Very good. Crew was reliable, punctual, and efficient. After the job was completed there were 2 small leaks. They returned immediately to fix them.

THE PLUMBER CAME OUT THE DAY AFTER I CALLED & ARRIVED EARLY. HE WAS FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EFFICIENT.

MIKE WAS ON TIME, AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE BUT WE FELT CONFIDENT IN HIS WORK.

COLLIER PLUMBER, INC. WERE VERY PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL AND WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND WERE HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING THIS CODE TO US. THEY WERE VERY REASONABLE.
