Description of Work: I asked for a bid on a detailed specification, they responded with a generic "please call us to schedule an appointment". I sent the spec again and asked them to provide a bid, telling them I would only be meeting with the top 3 bidders, and they never replied

Description of Work: They gave an estimate for re-piping our home. Everything was good. We ended up just getting an estimate from them. They were very professional.

Description of Work: I had an emergency issue with my water heater dispersing water in my basement. I called and left a message with the answering service. They assured me a technician was available and would call me back. I waited 2 hours and called again. Once again I was assured a technician would return my call. It is now 24 hours later and I still have not heard back from Collier. I will not offer this company another opportunity for any plumbing service and I highly recommend you do the same. Service companies must get the message that there are consequenes to poor service. I do, however, highly recommend Washington Plumbing Service who contacted me immediately after receiving my message and scheduled a technician immediately. They are on Angie's list with an A rating.

Description of Work: Excellent work on our low pressure hot water line for the kitchen sink is what we received from Mike of Collier Plumbing. He arrived exactly on the time promised, immediately accessed the problem and set to work. Within 10 minutes the problem was fixed by replacement of the riser line. Description of Work: Just had a clogged sink and bathtub and the dispatched someone within a couple of hours to take care of it. Quick and efficient and good rates.

Description of Work: Replaced approx. 6' of interior drain pipe from bathroom tub. Worker politely and adequately explained scope of job. Final cost was same as estimate. We would use this plumber again.
