I like this company. They fixed anything that I was not happy with and I am pleased with the work that they completed, overall. I feel like the price is very reasonable.

I do not recommend this company. They gave me a time and date when they would start but they never showed up. I called them and was told in a few hours they would be here. It never happened and it was a few days before they came. They were sloppy painting the trim. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The initial response and estimate was very fast; produced an estimate on the spot, and they stuck to a very good price. The overall quality of the job was fine. They charged 2-3 times less than our original painter and, honestly, close up you can definitely tell the difference. But, it's not "BAD;" It's actually quite good. Just remember that sometimes you do get what you pay for. Our original painter was ultra-high quality perfection, but he charged big money for it. With College Pro we paid 2-3 times less, and got a good looking, solid paint job. It's just a matter of what you're after, and in this case we didn't need sheer perfection. Overall the interaction was good except for a hefty delay at start-up. The only real problem I had was that every week we were told the job would "definitely" start by the end of the week - but this went on for over a month, during which time the weather was mostly perfect. Various reasons were given, many I completely sympathize with, but in the end, I would have been happier with the straight scoop and not thinly optimistic promises: If you don't know, say so. Don't keep promising and not delivering. That's just a business style thing, though. In the end, the delay did not fall outside of contract, the job was completed before the fall rainy season and all is well. I would mostly likely consider using them again.

Mr. Allen came out really quickly to give an estimate, which was very reasonable. We were really impressed with how he talked about doing the work and how fast. This is a small job and he didn't act like that was a problem at all. We called back within two days to approve the work and got a full voice mail box so we sent an email to the contact. We did not get a response in a week so I called the national 1-800 number. They said he was the only one we could work with as he had the franchise in our neighborhood. He finally called about a week later. He said he had to go out of town to have surgery on his knee. That sounded reasonable even though anyone in business should check or have someone else check their messages whenever they are unable to. As my wife was not home he said he'd call back in two hours to schedule the work. We never heard from him again. This started a couple of months ago. We are very disappointed and would not use this company, especially as they could not send an alternate franchisee to do the work.
