+ -1 moreIt's always stressful finding a contractor for a big ticket item when it breaks. I was recommended Cloud9 which took a little uncertainty and anxiety away. I'm happy to say that they were outstanding. The good ones leave a (positive) lasting impression. They were courteous and very mindful to be clean and tidy. The work is what you would expect from a top level crew in HVAC. For me, the pride and workmanship these guys put in is what really sets them apart! I recommended them to my parents and sister for their HVAC needs, so yes, I rate them pretty high!
