Punctual, courteous. They showed us photos of the accumulations in our ducts, So we had them scrubbed.

This was a $109 big deal purchase. It was okay; it was good. The price was okay. There might have been some misunderstanding in the conversation because of the phone. They did not bring a ladder to get up on the roof. The roof was not very far from the ground so they were able to climb. Their responsiveness and punctuality was good.

Went fine, used the coupon that Angie's List provided. Within a couple days we had an appointment scheduled for a time after work. The two men that came were nice and quick, they recommended a deep clean (which is probably needed but I didn't have time on that day) and offered a discount on it but I refused, will have it done next year. Note: Hard to see myself how clean they got but no issues from what I can tell.

I believe the work was well done. It just felt like they were pushing to do more work. That said I'm glad they did what they did. After cleaning out the ducts the tech was suggesting that my furnace had a lot of dust in it and for another large sum he could clean that. I said no because I thought I've never had anyone who came out to service my furnace say that it needed it.

I'm so glad I had the dryer vent cleaned! I just moved into this house and I don't think the previous owners ever had that done. The vent was completely clogged. So even though that added additional cost to the job, now I know the vent is not a fire hazard and the dryer works beautifully. The Clean Air team was great. They were very careful with my home, cleaned up meticulously after their work and took a lot of time to explain things to me. It was a little 'hard sell' on some of the other services they would have liked me to also purchase, but I felt it was more because of a passion and conscientiousness for making the system as clean as possible than just trying to up-sell me. I would call Clean Air Solutions the next time I need this type of work done.

Great communication and prompt response. Purchased coupon but need to pay normal pricing for deep cleaning. I didn't get full credit for purchased coupon. Little disappointed.

It went well. I was a little disappointed that they didn't take everything out of the system. I didn't pay anything additional to the big deal price. They should be more specific about it being a minor clean or a deep clean.

This service was not worthwhile. Was told I needed the 'deep cleaning' that was $300, but the service I bought was valued at '$255' according to Angie's List. It was basically a shop-vac into my vents and not very useful. Also, one of the vents he said he couldn't get to (it was on the ceiling in a peculiar place, apparently) and he just left it dirty. May be a good service if your kids drop stuff in the vents. I should have gone with the $300 deep cleaning and skip the $255 'basic' cleaning, I guess. I was having trouble with my dryer before I got the service performed (we just purchased the house). After the service I was still having trouble and assumed maybe the dryer was going out, since it was taking 5 times to dry a regular load and I had just had the vent cleaned by Clean Air Solutions. Then, I found the dryer vent to the outside of my house, which I had never seen before, but I found what looked like years of buildup within the pipe, clearly visible from outside the pipe. We just bought the house and have never seen it,but its on a side of the house we don't frequent. Clearly, had the services been performed, it would have been seen and taken care of. I called Clean Air Solutions and was told the service only included a dryer vent cleaning from inside the home up to 10 feet, which is not helpful at all. I wish I would have known. Buyer beware. The services offered in the Clean Air Solutions special are not what they appear. I basically got nothing at all for the cost I paid. So bummed.

Alex showed up and did a great job. He pointed out some problems with my returns and dryer. They seemed legit. I paid him to do some more work a few days later and fixed the other problems myself. The price for additional cleaning was a little steep, but the guy did a great job of explaining things. One of the returns required me to ask the guy to go in again, but he did so - so that was good.

This was a big deal purchase. It went fair. They came a few days after I scheduled it and were on time. There was an additional charge. I must have misunderstood. I thought they were going to be cleaning all the ducts, but when the guy came he said this was just a simple thing and that I needed something that was brushed out and all this stuff. I thought that was what it was all about. He had a chart and kind of talked about some things. I said that would be fine and he did it. When he came back he gave me a bill for $1,100 and I said that's ridiculous. He said that is what it was and I said I had no concept. he did not, like, show me the total or anything, so we ended up agreeing on $500. He did extra work, I don't know, but I was in awe. To me, cleaning out your air ducts means you clean out your air ducts. It does not mean, oh, we just blow some air through it and that's it. I am not completely happy and I don't even know if it completely worked because I still have drywall dust in the ducts. I still have white powder on my furniture from the air blowing through the ducts. I don't know if it is residual white powder that still is in the house or if what he did for $500 fixed my problem -- I don't know. I guess there is some misunderstand here. What I bought for $59 is what I thought air duct cleaning is. I ddi did not know you have multiple ways of cleaning air ducts. You know, you either clean them or don't clean them. What would have been better would be that it had been communicated better that it is not really a cleaning at all, it is kind of like just blowing air. I don't know. I am sure I could have hired the people I used at my other house that came in with these huge machines and everything else and it would cost me a lot less. I felt like I was in a bad spot at the wrong time where the person is here and I had given up my Saturday to have them do it so I have them do it. Like I said I still have white dust in my house. To get an A from me I would not have white dust in my house and it wouldn't have cost me $500.

Had a wonderful experience with clean air solutions today. We had just moved to our new house (first time home owner). I had booked a deal for basic air duct cleaning and for dryer vent cleaning. Idan, the technician, called me few minutes before the appointment window and gave me a estimated arrival time and arrived on time. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained in detail what all the service entails and what all he will be doing today. As we made progress he would take pictures/videos from the ducts to show us the state of it and give us recommendations on what all we can do in the near future and how much they would cost. Never felt he was up-selling. He was very diligent in the work and did a clean work. Highly recommend.

It went great. He recommended followup cleanings. He was very kind and helpful in explaining things. I felt quite comfortable about Idan in my home. He took pictures for me as well.

Ben was on time and very business like. After inspecting job Ben brought to our attention that the house vents throughout the house were in very much need of additional cleaning. He showed us photos of our floor vents and how much dirt and dust was built up in our system. In 33 years I think we only had the vents cleaned once before. It is something we just kinda forget about. Ben went ahead and did the job for us and did a very thorough and detailed job. We felt very confident that the job was done right. Very Satisfied

Dan showed up on time and was polite, clear in all his explanations and offered different options for now and in the future for different cleanings. I was confident in the choices. I made today and would use this company in the future.

Tech arrived on time, seemed very knowledgeable, showed pictures of debri and dust in the vents, and offerred to do a more thorough brush clean, but was not pushy.

On time, clean, pleasant, helpful. I would hire him again.

I'm sure the quality of their work is superb. However, I never got to witness that. Their customer service however, didn't fair so well. I scheduled an appointment one month in advanced because their schedule was completely full for that entire month. I called approximately 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment to confirm their arrival time. Customer representative stated the technician will arrive shortly between noon and 1pm. I waited and waited until 1:50pm. I called them and found out I was never on the calendar due to their error. Yes, they tried to make it up to me by fulfilling their obligation on a weekend. Unfortunately, I was unwilling to compromise because I too have a schedule to upkeep. It's such a shame that I waited one month for their hyped service and never get to witness it. My advice to everyone is to call in to confirm your appointment a week prior to the appointed date. That can definitely save you from a headache.

There was a large arrival window, so it was pretty easy for the appointment to start on time. Alex was friendly and professional. We had construction done on our house last year, and he found that our ducts had tons of fine drywall dust in them. He took pictures on his phone to show me the problem, but they weren't all that necessary since the dust dumped onto him as soon as he opened a cover. (Sorry!) Alex did the work requested and cleaned up afterward. We couldn't have asked for more.
