Awesome experience from Ben. Very punctual. Met the service window time given. Was done in one hour with perfect service. Also fixed the furnace filter with a permanent one. Gave good next steps I need to follow up on.

Had them called out, I had used a Groupon. They wanted to charge me extra for the upstairs dryer vent. Usually when I get the vent cleaned the dryer works a lot better. Well after the clean I was running the dryer for 2 -3 cycles. I went to go and buy a new dryer because I thought it wasn't working as well because it was kind of old. So after I purchased a new dryer my handyman was unhooking it from the wall and said that they vent was not cleaned out and that it was very full. He blew out the vent and it looked like snow in my lawn. So I called this provider to complain and get a refund for the work that was not completed. He told me that he would not refund my money but that he would give me 50% off on my next service. I now feel like I am out $3,000 for new appliances that I had to purchase because I thought that was the problem. He said that he would not refund me my money because it was 4 months after the service. Well I am not accustomed to having to check the vent, that is what I am paying them for. I will never use this company again.

Did well I was expecting more to it but for $100 it was well worth it! He saw that there duct system was in really bad shape due to previous remodels and offer a brush service which was not that expensive.

He left a plastic bag inside my furnace. The machine was left on for too long. When I would go by him he would just be playing on his phone. When I would walk closer he would tell me to not come close to him. The machine he used was so loud and it just didn't look like he was even working. I was going to have them do another house but I am deciding against it.

They were punctual and responsive to questions. Also, they performed the cleaning as expected.

It was fine! They appeared to do a good job, I am not an expert on the workings of a furnace cleaning. He did the same good job as the other guys have done in the past. I think he was hoping we would buy duct cleaning too. He took a look into the ducting, the air return and said, ?oh, your ducts really need cleaning, you wouldn?t like your to have some done today!? I said, ?no, but I will consider it, but certainly not today, thanks!? Anyway, It was a good job, but I was a little surprised that I was charged tax, I guess on the labor. It wasn?t very much. I had all the sheets from previous here and nobody had ever, I?ve pretty much always had a coupon with either Angie?s List or somebody else. Groupon or one of the other guys, and there was no evidence of tax on the others. It?s all paid for, some of them you have to provide your own filter, and some of them the filter is included. Our furnace, unfortunately has 2 filters and that makes it a little more expensive. All in all, it was a very good visit. It was sort of annoying, because I signed up for the deal and then like 2 days later Angie?s List had a similar thing for like $10 less and it included the filter. But, it wasn?t worth calling in to get a refund for what I had just signed up for. The tax was 9 ½ % of $59, was roughly like $7, it wasn?t very much. It wasn?t a problem, it?s just that I hadn?t seen that before on previous ones. The coupon basically covered everything. With that and having to buy 2 filters myself. They did an okay job. They came when they said they would come and did what they said they would do. Well, more than they said they would do, because actually I asked for a vent inspection.

I purchased the furnace maintenance package through Angie's list. The company called me back within 24 hours to schedule the visit. Our technician, David, arrived at the scheduled time, he was great, quick and efficient.

There was a misunderstanding in the schedule but the team was very responsive and accommodating. They seem knowledgeable about their area of work. The technician was nice and kind, did his job efficiently, enplaning what he was doing. I would highly recommend them.

He did his job well, with only exception that his power tool broke mid-job and he had to run to HomeDepot to get a replacement which delayed his job a little.

I was expecting high-pressure up-selling to brushing of the air ducts. I knew it was probably required because of the many years since the last cleaning and a recent remodel that included significant demolition. I was very pleased that David's up-selling was very low pressure. He showed me pictures of the inside of the ducts and offered the more extensive cleaning option. I ended up purchasing the duct brushing because of his low pressure selling. David also made suggestions about how to keep the ducts cleaner in the future.

The description of the Big Deal should probably say a vacuum out rather than cleaning, but their customer service was good. I would use them again for a full cleaning as long as the price was right.

We needed the ducts cleaned after major construction but before we turned on the heating system for the late autumn. We had given it no forethought and could give very little notice. Idan scheduled us within a few days for an evening after he had already done a full day's work. He made some great suggestions, did the work thoroughly and quickly, and gave us great value for the discount we had chosen and could afford. Idan is thoughtful and diligent and should go far with this wonderful company.

Went well. I didn't expect to pay for the tax but otherwise, it went well.

Clean Air Solutions called me and setup and appointment that was convenient for me (Saturday morning) and came on time. They were very professional from the beginning and I was happy with their service. The $59 service included basis included the basis negative pressure cleaning and does not include the full-cleaning (and that was my expectation too).

David was the technician who did the job and did an outstanding job! He was timely, efficient, personable and communicated exceptionally well the processes with pictures to represent what was going on. He made recommendations as needed, offering options how to maximize efficiency of existing system. Excellent service, thank you.

Went well, the dust and lint and anything loose was removed. Very cursory cleaning, We were told it would be wise to have a more in depth and powerful cleaning done.
