Patrick, a certified arborist, arrived on time for an estimate. We were immediately impressed with his knowledge and counsel. He followed up with detailed estimate which he walked us through on the phone. We set a date several weeks out (they're busy). Crew of four arrived on time and worked the entire day. Did a terrific job. Left the yard cleaner than it was upon their arrival--spotless. Patrick checked in on their work midday to assure us everything was going according to plan and that he was pleased with the work. All around an extremely professional experience.

We received bids from three different tree removal companies and City Foresters gave me the best price. Patric described the type of tree, location of each tree that was to be cut down and put it in the contract. This job went well, as the 4 man crew arrived on time and completed the job on time. They did just what we asked them to do and I would hire them again.

They did exactly what they contracted to do. The firewood rounds were left in place, as requested, & the smaller limbs were chipped up & removed, as requested. City Foresters had done a few other projects on our block, so we knew their reputation was good. They can be a little hard to reach on the phone, but the work was done at a very busy time of the year. They had a problem with some equipment, but got it sorted out the next day. My wife told me that the crew was very nice, very professional, & answered all of her questions. There was no need for them to be overly careful, but they were. The change in our backyard is amazing- you can see the sun!
