Description of Work: We had a leaky faucet, and we called Allreds. The owner came to our home, quickly fixed the problem, and was done. He was so polite, so efficient, and did not want to take money, as he had only tightened something. We insisted on paying, as he had taken the time to come out and fix this. But we were so impressed with the mans integrity.

Description of Work: Total bath rehab. Great job!

Description of Work: We arranged for them to come once we flew home from a vacation because of a leaky faucet. They were here on time and fixed our problem quickly and efficiently.

Description of Work: Allred's replaced the main water line for my home from the meter to the house. They arrived and completed the work on time and within budget, and left the work area spotless. Todd answered all of my questions and he was great to work with. I would use them again in the future and recommend to friends and family.

Description of Work: i wrote this email to stack plumbing this morning. hopefully it speaks for itself: one of your plumbers nearly ran me off the road this morning. the incident occurred on 68th ave NE in kenmore just on the south side of the intersection with SR522. i am a cyclist and need to be on the road for about 20 seconds from the stoplight on 522 until the lane gives me a shoulder to ride on. i have incredibly bright lights (headlights and tailights) so there's no way your guy missed seeing me. he left me about 3" of spaces between his passenger mirror and my handlebars. i'm going to write a review on angie's list so people stay away from inconsiderate a******* like this guy. hey, let's risk someone's life so i can save 2 seconds. that sounds like a great idea.

Description of Work: Mike Stack arrived to repair our leak on Nov. 20, 2015. He assessed the job and told me due to the accessibility of the site, that it might cost upwards of $2,000.00 because it was unclear how much digging would be required. He suggested I might want to hire someone to dig and discover the exact location of the leak because Stack Plumbing would charge me $170/hr. He asked if I'd called 811. I hadn't because I assumed the contractor would do that before digging. Mike offered to call for me. I had done a lot of pruning of the area which is a relatively flat area, just off of a large, flat concrete parking pad. I asked Mike to come back again a few days later to explain exactly what he wanted and expected diggers to do for him before he could repair the leak. He did return and was very clear with his expectations. We hired two diggers who found the leak within 10 minutes and they bought the materials and repaired the leak for $407.36! We were lucky because our diggers regularly work for a landscape company do they knew how to do the repair. I Called Mike Stack and told him I wanted to pay him for his two trips to our home and his 811 call and advise to me for the diggers. I also told him I wanted him to do some interior plumbing work for us. He was upbeat, positive and friendly and thanked me for my offer to compensate him for his time. He said their would be no charge and he knew we have a respectful working relationship. I will be hiring him for interior work and do recommend him.

Description of Work: Kitchen sink faucet was leaking. Kevin, Stack employee tighten something on the faucet and fixed the leak. My wife decided to have Kevin replace some plastic pipes under the sink and then decided to replace the faucet too. |Was cost for the service reasonable? Obviously cost was higher than I had planned. But my wife is happy and as they say, 'happiness is priceless!'
