They were professional, knew what they were doing and they fixed the leak very quickly. The price was a bit on the higher side. They were a couple of minutes late however, the company called in informed about them getting delayed.

Although it?s been almost a year since this service was performed (4/18/08), I compelled to report this service call well done. Jim was on-time and professional. Most importantly, he did not charge me an arm or leg for what seemed to be a minor fix...unlike some other plumbers (RW Plumbing<---avoid!).

Very well. I originally wanted to replace the entire kit in my 3 toilets but got advised against it - unnecessary and cost would have been twice. The job was fast and done very profesionnally. I was explained how to do it so I could save myself the cost next time around - great!

I called one day, they came out the next even though it was not an emergency. Mike worked very efficiently and professionally and answered the questions that I had in a friendly manner. Found out we had old water heaters installed in our relatively new house.

Showed up close to on-time, was VERY professional, cleaned the two sinks then used snake to clean shower drain; probably used 15 to 20 feet of snake to finally get to clog. Cleaned up, left no mess and all three drains working like new. Would use again.

Asked them to come out to give me an estimate on repiping a house. A previous plumber had told us that the home need a complete repiping. Stack came out and said we did not need repiping, that the copper piping should be good for a lot longer than 40 years. Happy answer for us!

When your tearing out a bathtub you have to deal with the plumber, tile and marble company, the carpenter and they coordinated very well. It was seamless work that happened very quickly. They were professional and they did a great job. I would recommend them.

Great experience. I had earlier had a faucet installed 2 months ago by Stack plumbing. It was having problems, so I called and they came out the next day. After checking a few things, they decided to replace whole faucet, they didn't charge me anything as they said it was still under warranty and was likely faulty faucet. Great experience, the serviceman was very nice and did the work quickly even though he was in pain from a toothache, came earlier than I expected, which was great.

I called on a Saturday afternoon. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and gave extreme circumstances of the described problem. (I hadn't reached the main pipe yet so it was very difficult for the company to give a bid when they did not know how much farther they would have to dig.) They said they would be there first thing on Monday in the morning. Since I work, I gave instructions of codes, water turnoff, etc. When I called in the afternoon the job was completed, the bill left on the counter and everything put in order. I opted to fill the hole back up to save costs. I am very happy to find a trustworthy company for my plumbing needs. Thank you, Stack Plumbing.

He showed up when he said he was going to come. He was very friendly when I talked to him on the phone and when he was at our house. He did the work very quickly.

Stack Plumbing arrived within the window of time they had estimated. The contractor, dispatched to our house, was very polite, friendly and considerate and asked me some quick questions regarding the drain in question. After running some quick tests, he removed the sections of piping under the sink and used a snake to remove the clog which took less than a minute. During his prep time, I was able to ask him general questions about galvanized piping vs. copper and other questions of that sort. After the job, I felt more informed and understood the causes of the clog and how to maintain our system going forward.

It was a really great experience. The work is great quality. They always do a wonderful job. They took care of everything that needed done. They re exceptional guys. The service is not cheap but it s worth it because they do the job right the first time and they stand behind their work. They bid the project and stick to it. We always use them when we need plumbing work done.

My initial call was returned the same afternoon, and we set up an appointment for the following week. The plumber, Michael, was on time and was extremely professional and efficient. He greeted the dog (which dog owners know is important, otherwise the dog is suspicious the entire time he's there!), listened to what we wanted, and maintained good eye contact and communication. Then he explained what he was going to do, answered all of our questions, and set to work. Once he opened up the wall on the other side of the shower, we discovered that the leak had essentially dissolved the almost-40-year-old drywall supporting the tiled shower, such that all that was holding the tile up was the grout, and there was no support for the new fixtures. Michael was very careful not to damage the tile any further, and secured the work so as not to cause further damage to the unsupported tile. He did a very good job of explaining what needed to be done to repair the surrounding damage, and recommended a contractor. He also explained how to temporarily protect everything until the wall could be repaired. Because the wall needs to be replaced the plumbing trim could not be completed, so we will be having Stack Plumbing back to finish the job once the wall is repaired. Final price ended up being higher than initial quote. Michael apologized, and explained why (inner wall damage changed scope of work).

They did a great job. They came right on schedule. The job was done timely and I have already recommended them to two other people.

He did a good job. After he was done he said he would come back out with a part that he needed, but he never came back. I tried to call him, but he never called me back.

Our experience with them has been good. We were just looking for something small and they were close by. We have used them a few times. I would recommend them and use them again.
