They were very good. They were a little expensive, but good. I didn't even know that the water pressure valve was worn out. They came out and did the work 4 weeks ago.

They haven't actually done any work for me. I was fairly impressed by the guy who came out and gave the estimate. He pointed out some things that other companies that I had estimates from did not point out. I was pretty happy with that. His rates were a little high compared to the other quotes I got, but they certainly weren't outrageous. He was very responsive. He was on time and he was very professional.

I was pleased with the gentleman who performed our work. He didn't waste any time and was extremely competent. My only complaint would be the overall hourly rate seems a bit high, but I will confess I went with this company because of the Angies List references and did not get a bunch of bids. Consequently, I can't speak to whether the hourly rates are competive or not.

The plumber arrived on time (between 12 PM and 2 PM) He brought the Insinkerator Pro Compact Garbage Disposal and all parts necessary for installation. I had everything cleaned out under the sink area and had the new faucet ready for him to install. He did a beautiful job and I couldn't be happier with my garbage disposal and my new kitchen faucet.

Stack's managed to find a part to fix a heavily leaking shower faucet when others couldn't. He arrived with the part and within an hour everything was working ok. He also had time to resolve a problem I had with low pressure shower head and within 15 minutes my rain shower was raining cats and dogs for the first time ever. Would recommend Stack's without hesitation

We discovered a high-volume leak coming from our water meter one morning. After discovering it was on our side of the meter, we called Stack Plumbing. They were able to send someone out within a few hours. The plumber had to remove a section of the sidewalk with a jackhammer in order to access the leak and replace the section of pipe, but was able to get it all done and have the water back on before 5pm.

Jim came out and looked at several projects that I had. I decided due other work that I had scheduled and cost that I would only have the overflow plumbing addressed. the individual who came out was great. The problem was much more complex that originally estimated. Overall I was satisfied with the work.

We just moved to Kirkland and were very pleased to immediately locate a qualified, professional, and pleasant plumber in the area. We will use Stack Plumbing again if any issues arise.

He was very generous with his time and gave me a lot of insight into the projects I want to get done.Once I get the preliminary stuff done, I will definitely be using him for the plumbing.

My pipe burst on Saturday night. I turned off water to house and started calling plumbers that claim to do emergency repairs on Sunday morning. None would come until Tuesday, so we patched the pipe with a kit from Ace Hardware and decided to call Stack during regular hours. I called during normal business hours and Kevin was out the same day at exactly the time they said he would come (a one hour window). He accomplished the repair and the additional shut-off valve in slightly over an hour. He cleaned up well. He honored the coupon from the Angie's List website. I was very pleased with the way it went.

After the week or so delay on finding parts that didn't exist anymore, the service was impeccable. He arrived a bit early, wore boots in the house at all times, cleaned up during each stage of replacement, and showed us the new features of the new fixtures. After he left, it was as if everything was perfectly back to normal. I would highly recommend them again.

The next day, a plumber from Stack arrived right on time. He assessed the repair and fixed the leak in one hour. The total bill was around $230. The quality was excellent and the repair hasn't leaked since (2+weeks).

Ah, found a puddle of water on the kitchen floor leading from the sink. Checked it out and I had a leak. I went right on Angies List and found 3 great ratings for a plumber. I called all three, left messages and Stack Plumbing was the first to call back and set up a time for me. Kevin arrived right on time and went right in and attemped to fix the problem Well, he thought he had it and when we filled up the sink with water and let it go he found there was still a leak so he went behind the wall and found the major problem. It seems that this 50 year old house has some rust problems...Keven had to leave as he had another appt and he was back just as we had scheduled, replaced the pipe and now everthing works like new. Keven was great to work with he really know the business, that along with a great personality. I am very pleased and would definatly use this service again

Perfectly. Evaluated the project, gave rough estimate. Returned when arranged. Very professional, as always. They had installed two water heaters, and repaired a frozen shower mechanism in the past. Work completed promptly. Billed me, and bill was same as rough estimate.

Service was very prompt and professional with alot of attention paid to keeping the house and area clean. The company was also helpful by providing me with advice on wide spread problems with my existing toilet and how to obtain a replacement from the manufacturer.

I was delighted by the work done by Stack. They were able to come quickly, work cleanly, and fix the leak with minimum fuss. The plumber pointed out some ways the plumbing could be improved, but not with any pressure to do the work--just to educate me. I would have them into our house again in a heartbeat, but I hope I don't have to!

Pleasant attitude, kept at the job determined to solve the problem, and finally made the needed breakthrough in excees of 15 feet into the pipes.

He moved some stuff over. He showed my husband how to do it so we could save some money. He told my husband if he could do it then we can do it. He was fantastic. He came out quickly and got the job done quickly.

The work was excellent. He showed up on time and his price was more reasonable than most other providers. His solution was not even offered by many other plumbers because most of the plumbers wanted to install a complete new line, while he felt that he could repair the current line. The work cost us several hundred dollars instead of over a thousand.

Their pricing is very reasonable and they stick to their estimates. At one time, when they fixed the leak in my shower, they charged me lesser than the estimate. They are very honest, professional and punctual. The quality of their work is good and I have been very satisfied with their service.

We have been using his services for at least 10 years. He is very good about walking you through what is going on. He gives you options and usually is available within a day. His work has always been excellent and we would highly recommend him.

Very well. Came after original estimate of between 10-12 (came around 12:30), but quickly figured out the problem and fixed the issue. Also explained why the original expansion tank may have failed after only 16 months. (Stack did NOT install the original tank.) Very pleased with Mike's expertise and quick completion of the task.

Stack employee Michael Reeves was prompt, professional, and very informative. He solved the leak and answered all our questions. We were happy with the job all around.

They were very good. The only problem that I have is that they don't work weekends. I had a problem and I called them on a Friday. His son called me back and I told him my water heater was leaking. He gave me the names of some other people. They are very professional and solved the problem. When I look for a plumber, I need someone who can be on call. They did the job correctly and they were on time. They were a little expensive. I hesitate to use them again because they don't work weekends.
