Description of Work: I can't remember the exact cost, but since nothing in home repair/improvement costs less than $1000, I think it was around there. I had a few bids to do chimney inspection and repair. Chimcare had the most straightforward approach. They installed 3 chimney tiles, one chimney damper and two caps, plus they had to reset half the bricks from one of the chimneys where the mortar had been eaten away. I'm happy overall since our house is so much warmer with the damper in place.

Description of Work: The two young men were right on time and extremely professional. They took care to make sure my home stayed clean during the dirty job of cleaning my fireplace. They provided a detailed report at the end of the service and showed me pictures of areas on my chimney that could use some work. They left a proposal for the additional masonry maintenance required. Very happy with the service they provided.
