The installer was well trained and inspected his work before leaving.

We just got into our new(to us) house, and the chimney is something we were looking forward to using. However, I wanted to be safe so I called Chimcare to see if I liked the feel of the company. And I was not only impressed, but was excited to work with them. Daniel, the technician, came out and was prompt, professional, and incredibly respectful of our home, and the work needed. I will definitely be using Chimcare in the future.

This company understands customer service. I don't know anything about chimney repair but if the repair was even half as good as their prompt, friendly, professional service it is likely to be perfect. I strongly recommend this company. Bob and Carl did the work and they were on time, friendly, explained what was done in a manner I was able to understand, and left the site cleaner than it was when they arrived.

Very quickly and easily. Daniel was terrific and gave me tips for cleaning and eliminating ash smells in the future. Inspection found no problems. Very personable and professional. We will hire them in the future.

I hired ChimCare by recommendation from Mutual Materials contractor referral after I had some work done by a bad stone mason that needed repair less than 1 year later. ChimCare visited my home and inspected the chimney cap. They gave me a reasonable quote and seemed very professional. I liked their system to accept or reject the offer and to schedule the appointment. It made it much easier for me to set up the appointment. Yesterday, the stone mason and his assistant showed up for the appointment on time. They were courteous and friendly. While talking to them, I indicated that I wanted to upgrade my gas fireplace insert to a larger unit that required a 4" flu vent pipe. They told me that if they continued to do the work with the existing 3" vent, I wouldn't be able to upgrade to the 4" flu later without breaking the chimney cap again. So they felt bad that they didn't complete the work, but they didn't want to waste my money. I am going to select the new gas fireplace inserts first and will schedule another appointment next month for ChimCare to come back out to complete the work. I can't comment on the quality of their work yet, but they are very trustworthy, on time, courteous, and friendly. So I am looking forward to having them return in a few weeks to complete the job. ChimCare also came prepared to clean up after their work. The previous stone mason I hired did not tarp my roof and splattered mortar all over the asphalt shingles near the chimney. ChimCare brought carpet remnants to protect the surrounding areas.

The estimate person who came out was great. The two men who came to do the work were awesome! The office was difficult to get ahold of and to schedule with and lack of communication was an issue.

Bob & Josh got here at the promised time and did an amazing job. I'm bummed I had to completely rebuild the chimney, but they did fantastic work and got it all done in one day. The new chimney looks great and I'm really really happy

Fantastic company. Did an inspection and everything was ok. Their integrity and professionalism is A+. Extremely knowledgeable of our older complicated fireplace. Drew was even able to explain how to use it efficiently. I wish all companies we're this good at their job.

Their price was over $100 higher than their nearest competitor, so I did not engage them. However, they were very quick to offer a bit and responded professionally.

We contacted Chimcare last year because we needed an inspection done for our condo homeowners association and we used an Angie's List coupon that was offered for an inspection and sweep. We had such a great experience last year that we decided to use Chimcare again for annual homeowner maintenance. A coupon was offered again this year! Daniel was prompt and courteous. He cleaned and inspected our chimney quickly and efficiently. I was impressed by Daniel's professionalism and knowledge. He gave me some wonderful advice for keeping our chimney "healthy," although it did get a clean bill of "health." I trust Daniel, trust Chimcare as a company and know that the service received was well-worth the expenditure. I would definitely recommend Chimcare's services.

I am so very impressed. The technician (stone mason) is professional and very polite. When he was a bit late he called to assure us that he was on the way and approximately how long until he arrived. The chimney was in poor shape held together with clear plastic and an orange tie down. Now we have a beautiful chimney that should outlive us! He even let us pick out the bricks used. Who does this? I am so very pleased.

My husband was here during the service. He said Daniel was professional and very helpful. He recommended a couple of other things that need to be done and this was very helpful in order to prepare our fireplace for the winter.

These guys were great to work with. It took a bit of chasing to get an answer on whether the flashing had to be done in addition to the firebox after my initial estimate, but eventually when I did get Harold he walked me through it (potential for leaks on older flashing that was not flush to the chimney) and the two people who came to do the work were really fantastic. I'm curious now about whether I need a lining in my chimney, but feel I can definitely reach out and ask them and get a straight answer.

We called them for a chimney sweep and inspection after buying our home to make sure we could safely use our fireplace in the winter. It's a good thing we did, because we learned that our chimney & fire-place had demonstrable deferred maintenance (disintegrating mortar in the firebox, etc.) that could have lead to a major fire if we'd tried to use it. The tech who responded was fantastic, very knowledgeable, and thorough. The price of the sweep was very reasonable, and the price of the other work I suspect is equally reasonable. We haven't had them do it yet for budget reasons, but we'll sure be calling them when we do.

We hired Chimcare to sweep and inspect three chimneys, as well as install one chimney cap. Everything about the service was excellent, and I'll be hiring Chimcare again for annual service and other chimney maintenance needs.
