+ 2 moreThe work was accomplished in a professional manner. The sliding door, which was requiring use of both hands to either open or close, can now be moved in either direction with one finger. The interior garage door now locks properly. The work was done professionally. We have full confidence in this company and will not hesitate to hire them again the next time we need work to be done on our property.
Description of Work: Our new construction house had begun settling after a few months of occupancy. This resulted in 2 problems: [1] The sliding door leading to the back yard became extremely hard to open [2] The latch to the interior garage door lock would no longer fit into the faceplate effectively making it impossible to lock the door. Jose and one of his employees came to the house and did a professional repair job on both issues. [1] Fixing the sliding door required actually removing it from the wall, eliminating the problem in the floor, replacing the door, calking and repainting as needed. [2] Repairing the interior garage door lock required repositioning both lock and faceplate as well as adjusting the door to compensate for earlier settling.
