After living in an apartment/condo for 20 years buying a residential house was a daunting task when it came to knowing what to look for in inspections. Charlie was amazing to work with giving very clear direction on what to look for and walking us through what were risks and ensuring we had a good level of comfort. His 59 page report was a bit daunting at first but I appreciated the incredible detail of every aspect of the house and it was a great help in the negotiation process.
