+ -1 moreI reached out to Brandon to inquire about a quote for a survey. He responded right away, acknowledging that their schedule was fairly booked up, but that he would look at my property online to see what it might entail. After doing so (and within minutes!), he came back and let me know that some work was done on one of the boundary lines a few years back by another company, and that it might make most economic sense to call them and see if they couldn't do the rest of it. I though that was incredibly thoughtful and rare in this business climate. Thanks Brandon! Will definitely refer you to friends in the future.

Description of Work: I was looking for some lot lines work to be done and after getting strung along by another survey company and then literally dumped by the owner, I called them up in hopes they could bail me out of my situation. They were to busy to do the work but told me right away which is admirable. Even with that they took my info and said they'd get right back to me after they had a look at it just to double check that they wouldn't be able to get me in. Sure enough I got a call back in about 5 minutes! They weren't able to do the work but provided me with a great reference to a company that did some work right down the block in 2007 which they pulled up from public record and even gave me the project # and name of the owners the company did the work for. Being treated this well as a non-customer only makes me wish I was a customer! Hopefully in the future I will be able to utilize their service.

Description of Work: I called this company and asked for an estimate for a survey on account of the city claiming my fence needed to be moved back three feet on account of a major street improvement about to take place. I was transfered to a very nice gentleman named Brandon who basically told me that he was quite sure that the city was probably right on with their assessment and I would most likely be wasting my money with a survey. He also gave me some other advise in asking them to define the line that i should adhere to for the new fence. He spent at least ten minutes discussing this ordeal of mine and seemed very knowledgeable and professional. Thank You Brandon.

+ -1 moreBrandon and his crew are tops in their field. I brought Brandon a complex issue and he spent time walking me through his recommendations and the processes he would follow. His crew then visited the site to be surveyed when he said they would and completed the work on time. Brandon then sat with me and went over the results and answered all of my questions. I wish more professionals delivered as well as Chadwick and Winters.

They were just really fair with their price. They were flexible and adjusted their price for me. They were able to do the work in a timely fashion. I didn't have any problems with them.
