+ -1 moreJenny was really great. She called out tons of helpful things. The house was an updated 1965. The house had a new roof but she still found some things we should have the contractors come out and fix since roofs normally come with a warranty. She also noted that the 3rd bathroom was probably not permitted (she was right!) and that there were some things done incorrectly. She was knowledgeable about everything and pointed out lots of minor and major concerns. I would definitely recommend Jenny to anyone.
