+ -1 moreShe ''got'' me pretty quickly and we looked at probably about 30 houses before I made an offer. She did some additional negotiating after we had already signed papers and cheerfully offered to do such things as sit at my house while the cable was installed and I had to be at work. I know she has helped other clients after the fact in many different ways. She's really a ''full service'' broker. Definitely tell her you read about her on Angie's List.
Description of Work: Catherine was my real estate agent when I moved to Seattle and bought a house. I thought I wanted to live in a specific neighborhood and she very diligently showed me homes in my range, despite her personal belief that I would buy elsewhere. I eventually did, but she showed me everything I asked to see, in all neighborhoods I was interested in. She made a wonderful book for me about Seattle, neighborhoods, services, and was available after the deal for advice and assistance.
