They can't accept my offer for a compromise price

This business was prompt in contacting me about our basement remodel and was the first contractor to come to give us a bid. We had a thorough appointment where we went over what was to be done and a bid was to be sent to me within a week. It has now been over a month and we've never received a bid, nor have we been contacted for further info or to let us know a status on the bid. They seemed anxious to bid the job, but never followed through. If this is any indication of the type of work they do, then I would definitely not recommend them.

Camilo came out to look at the job and provide an estimate, however I never heard back from him. I called twice and send an email but he never responded a single time.

Camilo was a true professional. He and his crew were always on time and on task. He was very detail oriented and always willing to explain and describe the work in progress. His workmanship was so good that some of our neighbors wanted his card. His friendly demeanor was only surpassed by his competence and knowledge of deck repair. I will definitely be contacting him to paint my house!

Always on time, always let us know what they were doing and what they would doing next. Very communicative, very nice and professional. The neighbors were also impressed.

Camilo is great to work with. Reliable, conscientious, and a good communicator - rare qualities in a contractor, in my experience. Not only did he do a great job painting, he also alerted me to areas of dry rot, which he repaired at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommended.
