Excellent overall experience. I've worked with a lot of movers in my life having been in the military for 20 years, and these were at the top of the list. They were full of energy and had excellent technique, and very concerned about caring for my property, including the way-too-big and heavy wine fridge. They were also willing to repack a couple of pieces in order to make it all fit. Started early and finished early; they were absolute professionals and fun to work with; I would absolutely use them again for any move I had.

Excellent service. CSM was able to accomodate the move on the date and time needed. Additionally they were able to offer a one piece move price versus an hourly minimum move. Communication was excellent; the only thing to make it better would have been a proactive confirmation on the move day (I called/emailed and they promptly responded with confirmation). Overall, I could not have been happier. They were not only on time, they were early! The moving team was professional and completed the job quickly. Additionally, the item was handled with care. Very impressed. I definitely recommend CSM!

We were very under prepared. They did a lot of extra work which was great! They helped us disassemble and reassemble some furniture. I would definitely use them again. I was very paranoid about keeping the floors clean in the new house. They were VERY careful not to track in dirt. The price for a hoist was half of what other companies. I can't say enough good things about them.

Excellent experience. One of the owners (Eric) came out to our house the same day that I called to do a walk through and discuss the move. He emailed me an estimate the same night. We got one other estimate, and Can't Stop Moving was lower. There is a 10% Angie's list member discount, and another 10% discount for paying in cash (which we turned into a tip for the guys). We had to reschedule the move twice due to delays in remodelling projects at the new house and they were very flexible. On the day of the move, they arrived right on time (9:00 sharp), and got right to work after a quick walkthrough and instructions from me. It was a 4-man crew with 2 trucks (including the other owner, Alex), and they were incredibly efficient and professional, as well as very friendly. While they worked fast, they were also very careful with our furniture and breakables. We did 90% of the packing beforehand, but they removed and wrapped picture frames and mirrors during the move and also disassembled our desk and a mounted flatscreen TV, and nothing was broken or damaged. We had an unexpected medical appointment we had to get to at 3:30 and they pushed through without breaks to make sure they were done by then. There was one snag in our move plan - our desk was about 1/4 of an inch too tall to fit into our new office (it needed to go in laying on its side and the legs were slightly too long to fit), and our two options (other than getting a new desk) were to try to take apart the framing around the door (which would then create a huge repair job) or to cut 1/4 inch off the bottom of the desk legs. We decided on the second option, but I didn't have the saw necessary to make the precision cuts needed. Alex offered to come back out the next day, off the clock, to cut the desk legs, help me move it into the office, and to reassemble the desk. He also helped me move a freezer that we decided would work better in a different spot. I was incredibly grateful for his help, which saved me a lot of hassle and time that I didn't have (in addition to all the unpacking we have to do, we're expecting our first baby in 3 weeks). I felt like it was way above and beyond the call of duty and it turned what could have been major nuisance (desk sitting in my hallway until I figure out what to do with it) into a non-issue. The bottom line: The move far exceeded our expectations and was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Can't Stop Moving.

Cery responsive for giving estimate and very punctual. Did a great job in a speedy and friendly way and were flexible when we needed to change shedule due to floors not being completed as soon as expected.

They were fast and handled our belongings with care. Even the Super of the building was surprised at how quickly the move went. He knew because we had the elevator reserved for our use. YES I would use them again.

We needed help with a move from a condo in Redmond to an apartment in downtown Bellevue. Can't Stop Moving arrived on time with a large truck with plenty of room for our belongings. The work was done carefully and efficiently by four gentlemen. All were courteous and cheerful. We don't have much stuff but regardless it would've taken my husband and I estimated it would've taken us 12 hours to do they work these men did in just three! I highly recommend Can't Stop Moving.

They did an excellent job. They showed up on time and took great care of our furniture. They were very hard workers. We were very pleased and the price was fantastic.

Can't Stop Moving was stellar. They had a positive attitude and followed through with action. Their price was very competitive, especially for the piano moving. They sent out an estimator, which not every local company does, and his idea of how long it would take to move our household was accurate. We were able to schedule the move just a week out from the initial contact. The crew that came didn't include the owners which initially concerned me, but all the guys were very responsive and responsible. They took care of our belongings and moved everything FAST, even running from the truck to the house. On the other end, nearly all our items and boxes ended up where we intended and they cheerfully corrected any errors, whether stemming from a misread of the box label or me simply changing my mind about where things should go. Nothing got broken. They even hooked up the washer. We also saved 10% by paying in cash -- be sure to inquire whether they are still running this special when you plan your move.

Presto! Our impossibly heavy sleeper couch was moved downstairs by Eric and Alex. My request for this small job was accepted cheerfully. Eric and Alex arrived the following morning, and carried the couch expertly down our creaking wood stairs and through two narrow doorways at 45 degrees at the stairwell. Not a bump, not a scratch, not a groan. Magic! They smiled, "...happy to help out a neighbor!", shook hands, and were gone. I'd call Can't Stop Moving again in an instant.

The experience started with an onsite estimate. I appreciated that Alex came to the house, did a walkthrough and provided an estimate. We had to reschedule our move 3 times and they were always very nice and accommodating. A crew of 4 polite and professional guys showed up to move us. They were scheduled to arrive around noon and called me at 11.45 to let me know they were going to be a little late. They arrived at 12.15 (which is barely late in my book). When they arrived, I liked that each member of the crew introduced himself to me. They asked great questions and took care with each item. Also, the guys seemed to be enjoying themselves. Moving is really hard work and we had a lot of stairs and heavy awkward items. These guys were always smiling! Nothing was damaged in the move. The move took 30 minutes less than they originally estimated. All in all, a great experience. I would recommend them for a move and I would hire them again.

It went very well! We had a large amount of stuff, including 80+ boxes of books, and they moved all of our items quickly and carefully. They had no problem at all securely packing everything into their truck, protecting our valuable electronics and antiques, driving to Portland, and unpacking everything efficiently. When they thought they might go over their expected time they called in a couple of extra helpers (the owners, actually) who got everything squared away in short order. They came in under bid, were very friendly and accommodating, and were happy to go out of their way to make sure everything went as we had planned.

It's unusual to have a company not just meet your expectations, but exceed them. Can't Stop Moving was exemplary for us, across the board. We're new to Seattle and needed a large piece of furniture moved from a vendor's shop to our apartment. On short notice, Alex arranged a flawless delivery for a reasonable flat rate. He stayed in touch along the way, keeping us updated on the delivery time. The pickup and delivery went smoothly. And beyond the actual service performed, Alex and his partner were true pros. They were efficient and meticulous, of course, but they were also engaging and gracious in manner. Our delivery was scheduled on the heels of a long business flight for Alex, and it went off without a hitch, despite what could have been logistical difficulties. We'd work with Can't Stop Moving again in an instant, and we recommend them without hesitation.

They were FABULOUS! We have used many moving companies in the past and Can't Stop Moving is by far the most wonderful company we have ever dealt with. From start to finish they were quick to respond, were able to give us a quote online, and then were available immediately to help us. They did everything right - called when they were on their way -sent two big guys, arrived exactly on time - were courteous and educated about the best way to move these big pieces, worked diligently and quickly - and when it was time to pay up, the owner, Eric, surprised us by saying they couldn't charge us the amount they quoted online - they were going to give us a break because it just wasn't that much of a job for them!! How nice! How unexpected and wonderful of them! So - I would highly recommend these guys. We were very satisfied with their work. They moved everything out and to a storage facility and there was no damage to anything.

They were great. There was a little confusion with the crew at first. I think the crew they had originally scheduled to come out had a bigger project so they were late, but I was able to communicate with the owner the whole time. They actually rented a truck and the two owners came and did the work. They gave me a pretty good discount for the confusion. They charge by the hour and they literally bring in your stuff and run back out to the car. It was literally the first time I've seen this. They were really fantastic.

Can't Stop Moving is a group of young guys who moved from Boston Seattle to start their business. They based their estimate on the photos and description of the logistical issues I sent in advance of the move. We arranged a date within a couple of days. When the three guys arrived on moving day, they evaluated the configuration of the hallway, stairs and entry, realized the project would be more difficult than expected and that they would need more manpower. They took the other furniture to Goodwill and we arranged a date for them to return. On the day they came back (with FIVE guys), they did a lot a brainstorming and decided the best way to take it out would be over the deck railing and 15' to the sidewalk below. They carefully wrapped the solid mahogany cabinet in moving blankets and also taped it to make sure it was fully protected. They moved our large grill and outdoor furniture off of the deck, then lowered the cabinet over the railing with a system of ropes. They then moved our grill and furniture back. I was very impressed with their ingenuity, problem solving and enthusiasm. Other guys would have given up. These guys were very persistent and confident that they would make it work no matter what. And they were right. Everyone on the team was extremely personable, each had a sense of humor (which they needed) and I could tell they enjoyed working with each other. Even with the degree of difficulty involved, they stuck to their original estimate of $200 but I gave them a $50 tip for being so diligent, hardworking and willing to come back.

They were professional and really nice. I thought the price was excellent and I would use them again. I moved three miles.

Movers from the midwest were bringing furniture and boxes from our parents' home to me and my sister, and I knew they would NOT be able to navigate my street and driveway with their large truck - but I learned they were arriving at my sister's house only 24 hours before they came. I needed reliable movers who would take a small job -and fast. Eric and Alex were exactly right! They made time in their schedule for me the next day, they brought their own truck and equipment, and they padded, strapped, loaded and unloaded my things with such care (and efficiency!). No scratches, dents, drops - all good work. They just handled it all with a really friendly yet professional manner.
