+ -1 moreJulie was very thorough, donned coveralls to clamber into tiny crawl space, checked all sorts of details we would not have thought about. She's very detail oriented, important in an inspection. She was easy to work with, open, clear and knowledgeable. We bought the condo!

+ -1 moreOverall, it went very well. Julie showed up on time and got to work quickly. She finished up and talked me through a summary of her findings.
Description of Work: I hired Julie to do a home inspection. She did a thorough job and was patient to explain everything at each step. She wrote many notes and went over a summary at the end of the inspection. The next day she emailed the full and detailed report. I believe that her prices are competitive. It was a bit expensive for me because the house is very large (7000 sq ft, 7 bedrooms / 7 bathrooms, 2 acre lot, 3 heat pumps, etc.) so it took roughly 6 hours to do the job. She was not afraid to go into the attic (all 3 of them), the roof, etc. Julie also has a great personality and keeps the entire day light and happy. I highly recommend Julie to do a home inspection.

Description of Work: Julie is great! This was our first home inspection and she was very thorough and took the time to educate us on each step she was doing. Her friendly personality just made us at ease with the whole process. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an inspection.
