Reportedly, it went well. We are away and have not seen the job first hand, but from prior experience, we are sure that things were handled in the masterful fashion we've come to expect from him.

Curtis and his crew are AMAZING. If I knew about him, I would have saved myself a lot of problems over the last ten years. The superior level of competence is without comparison. He knew what was the probable cause and we both understood it would be clearer once the shakes/siding was removed around the area that was leaking. Though the house is 15 years old, there was a persistent leak since Home Depot installed new windows in 2009. The siding under the shakes had rotted and had to be replaced and flashing installed. The team was fast and thorough and the price was good. I added on a smaller job on the inside of the garage, patching some sheet rock under the area that was leaking.

Solid work all around. We made a plan and Wolff Construction executed the project. Completed on time and within our budget.

They did not respond so I could get a quote.

Curtis did a good job. He said that he charges time plus materials on this type of job. Although I have not gotten the bill yet, I feel that he is an extremely honest person. I would trust him to do what he says he is going to do.

I had all exterior surfaces (elastomeric deck, cedar stairs, aggregate patio/sidewalk and driveway, and brick walkway) powerwashed. All flat surfaces were cleaned first with a flat surface cleaner then finished with the power sprayer. The surface cleaner provided for a faster and more even cleaning job on the even surfaces (most services were even - I had some uneven bricks). It can get pretty close to edges, but you need the sprayer to get the corners all the way clean. The job was thorough, professional and quicker than I expected. I was shocked how clean my bricks looked as they had years of green and black residue from the elements. My deck was almost blinding clean after it dried. None of my surfaces had been cleaned in several years and they looked awesome afterwards. I would highly recommend this service and service provider.

I contacted Curtis after seeing work that he had done for a couple of neighbors.They were very pleased with the work that he had performed for them and highly recommended him. I have used Curtis several times for different projects since having him clean my roof. He is very professional and punctual, performed a thorough job and clean up when he was done, I could barely tell he was there....other than the clean, moss free roof! As a single female, I feel completely comfortable with Curtis working at my house, providing me a fair price for the work and not taking advantage of me by suggesting more work or repairs than what is actually needed.

The moss removal service is a two step process. The first service date he sprayed down my entire roof with a non-toxic solution to kill and loosen the moss. The process was quick and easy. I have a 2,000 sq foot home and it took about 1 hour. A week later he came back and brushed off all the dead moss. That was a more labor intensive process and created a brief mess all around the house. After all the moss was removed from the roof, he used a blower to collect all of the debris into piles and swept up all of it up. There was no obvious debris in the yard, driveway or walkways after he was finished. I didn't realize how dirty my roof was until it was so clean! Overall it was a great experience. The owner/operator is a very nice and easy going person to work with who was affordable, timely, and professional. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for moss removal.

Curt did a great job remodeling my unfinished basement. The project came in close to budget and took about 3-4 months to complete. I had originally went with another contractor who walked out on the job half way through leaving a complete mess, I'm still in court over it. Curt came in and did a great job figuring out what still needed to be done and what needed to be redone. He worked efficiently and his people showed up on time every day, unlike my last contractor. Since the project was finished he also was quick to do any follow up and handyman repairs I've needed. Overall, Curt is definitely an honest contractor, works fast, and does quality work at reasonable rates. I definitely recommend getting a quote from him for construction or any handyman projects you have.

I contacted Curtis to purchase and install a new bathroom fan. He was very prompt with his reply and scheduling of the work. He came out to look at the project and recommended a great fan. He was able to have two of his crew out within the next few days and they did a great job. In addition to installing the fan, they had to vent it properly out the roof, as the last one wasn't done that way. They were on-time, worked very efficiently, kept me informed of the progress, and cleaned up when they were done. One thing I really appreciated about Curtis' teams was that before starting the project, they noticed that there was some fascia repairs needed. I ended up hiring them for that work as well and they came out within the next couple of weeks to complete. Again, a job well done.

Courteous, conscientious, polite, and thorough, I was very happy with how well my roof was cleaned and treated. I have a multi-level house surrounded by many trees. Curtis cleaned out my cluttered gutters, and swept my roof of it's moss. SWEPT! No power washing that would have shortened the life of my roof, but swept off all of the moss, then treated it with an eco-friendly product that as a gardener with many established and expensive rare plants, was happy to know that they will have no ill effect what so ever. I couldn't be more pleased. He did an excellent job, and I would recommend him to anyone who is searching for a person you can trust on your property to be respectful, cost efficient, and goes above and beyond to make sure as a client, will be happy with his work.

Curt is excellent, we've used him before multiple times for other 'house/construction' jobs. He is always professional, honest, easy to deal with and also provides us with an estimate before the job. And is quick and does a great job. Never leaves a mess and always communicates to us if he finds anything out of the ordinary. I would recommend and have, to him anytime for any job!!!

We were very impressed how organized and clean the whole site was maintained during construction. Each day they covered appliances, furniture and doorways to keep dust at minimum. The crew was prompt, friendly and Curtis kept us in the loop of any changes in the scope of work. Overall we were very satisfied with the finished product and we would definitely recommend C W Wolff Construction to anyone doing kitchen remodel.

Some contractors don't like small roofing repair jobs and it's hard to get them to even come out and look at a job. Curtis has eager to help us and said no job was too small. They were very quick to respond and stuck to their bid. They arrived right on time and were very efficient and clean. The job was done correctly the first time. I'll be sure to have them back for any job big or small.

Provider came by to do estimate. Then after repeated requests from my end, never provided estimate. Not sure, perhaps there is a good reason for not responding. I hope he's OK.

The price was too high. He's got a lot of fees and costs. He's really good at that -- a lot of hidden costs. He tells you what his hourly rate is, and then there's transportation. And then they love going to Home Depot. I can't imagine how many times they went. They're generally very good at padding the bill. We gave them a list of what we wanted done and it what specific order, but they didn't do it in that order. They did a horrible job on the back splash, which my husband could have done. They didn't finish certain parts of the job we asked them to, things like screws through the countertops that my husband had to get under there and cut off. They were willing to come out the fastest when we were getting bids. Some of the work was really good. They're capable of doing really good work, but they didn't necessarily do good work. The quality varied widely.

Left a message but never got a call back so not sure how well they would have done. Things slip through the cracks so not a big deal but I tend to not call a contractor again if they don't call back the first time.

These guys were great! They came the very next day we called them to take a look and were very straightforward with describing the possible causes of the leak, as well as what the plan of action should be in each scenario. They got the job done on time as promised and were very good about giving us frequent updates. They were relaxed and approachable in their demeanor, yet professional in their behavior - always calling ahead if they were delayed for some reason, and always made up for lost time. I remember one morning as I was driving to work, I noticed their pickup truck parked at the end of the street. It was 8:55 am. Turns out they were just waiting the appointed time of 9 am to ring before showing up. A few weeks after the job was done, they called to come and inspect things. They found a small detail completely on their own and patched it up free of charge. I was extremely pleased with their work and would gladly call them again.

Great guys! They were on time and very professional. They did not swear, smoke or use foul language which I very much appreciate. They did a fantastic job matching the concrete with our existing concrete so I didn't have to replace it all. I hired them because the price was reasonable and they could start and finish within my timeline, which they did to the day. I also appreciated how they didn't try to upsell any other services. They gave me options which I asked for, and they never pressured me to go with the more expensive option. One of which was installing another window. They simply did a good job and left. I'll certainly be considering them for future work.

They were very thorough and highly professional. They did detailed examination of our needs and thorough response to our questions, and clear statement of the objectives.

Curtis and his team were an absolute delight to work with. Throughout the whole process they were professional, prompt, and willing to go the extra mile on many occasions. The original job was to lay some porcelain tile in our kitchen. About half way into the first day on the job they discovered that we didn't have enough tile. Totally our fault for not ordering enough!!! The place we bought the tile from was saying it would be 5 days before we could get more tile, but Curtis called and was able to get it overnight so the job wasn't delayed. He even went and picked it up for us so we didn't have to miss work. We had some carpet being installed one of the days Curtis' team was working and the carpet guy called to our attention that there was some broken concrete in the room that was getting the carpet. The carpet guy didn't have anything to fill it so we asked Curtis' guys if they could help. They called Curtis who picked up the supplies and filled in the cracks within an hour. Amazing! The second job was hooking up gas to our range that was previously electric. (Keep in mind this was the day before Christmas eve.) This required them turning off the gas to the house and when Curtis went to light the pilot light for the hot water heater it wouldn't ignite. He assumed we had been having problems with this but when we told him the hot water heater had been working fine he went back over to the house the next day (on Christmas eve) to see if he could get it lit. Eventually it did light thus Curtis saved the day. Little did he know my parents were flying into town that day to spend the Holidays with us. The hot water was much appreciated :-) Hire these guys!!!

I found Curtis, Jake, and Jesse to be professional, personable, skilled, and efficient. They responded to my initial call promptly and helped to assess the extent of our water damage, which was time sensitive in relation to some other work we were having done on our house. And then they patiently stuck with us and again scheduled promptly once we were finally ready a few weeks later for them to begin their work. There must be a lot of hurry-up-and-wait and uncertainty for professionals in this business--which can then leave customers in the lurch--but with Curtis and his crew there was good communication throughout the whole process and I was confident the whole time that they would do our projects when and how we had requested. Their recommendations really seemed to take into account our budget and priorities, and they seemed to do good quality work. I am glad to have chosen C W Wolff!

I highly recommend CW Wolff Construction. Curt was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable during our initial meeting. He and his crew delivered on everything promised. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work. I will use them again.

Curt's whole approach, manner and expertise were extremely impressive and valuable. His inspection of the project site--a 40's home on Beacon Hill, which required attention to several serious issues--was as thorough and complete as could have been asked for. He documented every aspect of the inspection with detailed notes and many photos. His knowledge of issues and potential fixes and improvements was wonderful, and he went out of his way to explore the extent of each problem and of whole systems issues (electrical, structural and plumbing). We ended up deciding--largely upon Curt's evaluation--not to proceed with our purchase of the property; but if we had, we would certainly have hired his firm to do the work. We have full and unquestioning confidence in his expertise and abilities, and we have complete trust in his judgment and integrity. This guy is exactly what you would want in a contractor, for any home project.

We got a few estimates, which were all pretty similar, but Curtis was the most responsive and seemed the most knowledgeable. I appreciated how we wanted to manage expectations since it was hard to estimate cost until we got inside the walls. He was conservative and really up front. Also amazingly responsive and generous - more than I have ever experienced a contractor to be. Things were done much more quickly than I had thought (other contractors told us it would be a several month project - Curtis and his team were done in two weeks). I think it went so well because Curtis is really good at what he does, and so is his team. They were all really smart, capable, and were problem solvers. I highly HIGHLY recommend them.
