Our process started last year when we were thinking about moving to Seattle from San Francisco. We had little idea as to where we wanted to live and only knew a little about the area. The only thing that we knew for sure was that we wanted to live on the East side. With little knowledge of us other than what we told her over the phone Krisanne was able to put together a fantastic list of potential houses for us to view all over the east side. While we were not ready to pull the trigger at the time Krisanne still took the time to do the research for what we wanted and take us around and show us the area even before she knew we were definitely going to move. Fast forward to May of this year and our move was on and so was our house hunt. We came up several times over a few months to look at houses dragging along our one year old who Krisanne was always happy to help out with. Every trip Krisanne put a lot of time and effort into making sure that it was as efficient as possible. She spent the week before our trips previewing houses and making sure that we weren't wasting our time. After that first weekend with us back in October she was able to really narrow down what we wanted as a couple and even serve as a sounding board between us when we were debating over a house, features etc. After our first real house hunting trip we found a house that we loved but it was a short sale and slightly higher than we wanted to pay. Krisanne encouraged us to put an offer in at what we wanted to pay within reason for the house and see what happens and in the mean time while waiting for bank approval we would keep looking. The market was moving very fast this summer and we were having a hard time finding the right home but Krisanne kept looking and kept previewing and taking us out even when we'd call her last minute with a trip from SF. In between trips she was constantly looking for other houses for us and keep up with our current offer. We also put in two other offers that didn't end up working out so we decided to wait for the short sale. The short sale was a long process with a lot of ups and downs but Krisanne stuck with us and did an amazing job. She stayed diligent and persistent with the sellers and their realtor because our time table was shrinking and we needed to move. She did everything she could to speed the process along including encouraging us to find a lender and get the approval process going. This was a LIFE SAVER when it came to crunch time. She also has excellent recommendations of all of your needs in the home buying process (inspectors etc). She is smart, efficient and does an amazing job. She will be an advocate for you in the home buying process and will do everything in her power to help you out no matter what. She always goes above and beyond and would couldn't thank her enough for all the help she gave us in buying our first home. We recommend her to everyone and will for years to come!!
