Since 1987, Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning has served thousands of customers throughout the Puget Sound. We offer a variety of home comfort products including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, hydronic heating systems, active air purifiers, and gas water heaters. "Hi [Member Name Removed], we're sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, so we'd love to discuss this situation in more detail. We went to your home and found that there was a failed start capacitator that had been removed from a previous contractor. Due to the removal, it wasn't going to work so we had recommended changing it. Once you agreed, we changed it and it ran for five minutes before it failed. We tried to fix the damage caused by the previous contractor, and at the time, it wasn't the compressor that was the problem. Our charges were due to us having to put parts back that were missing. However, if you had us back to your home to fix it, we wouldn't have re-charged you. I apologize that there was misinformation given to you along the way. I want you to know that Brennan prides itself on conducting business with integrity - to always tell the truth and keep our word. Our excellent service is why we've won Angie's List Super Service Award 11 years in a row. We'd hate to lose you as a customer, and would love another chance to make it right.
