I called to set up an appointment and the staff was friendly and professional. We found a date and time that worked for me. Mr. Murphy arrived within the window of time and got right to work on the furnace. He happily played a little with my 7mo old puppy and let him supervise. This is a big deal as my puppy is typically cautious around people. Mr. Murphy answered my questions about my furnace with honest up front answers. He cleaned everything up and headed out to his next call.

he arrived on time, went up to our attic to work on cleaning. Stopped and explained things to my Husband and DID NOT TALK down to him which was very important to my husband. I have since referred them to a couple of acquaintances.

The overall experience was ok becasue they just pluged a hose to the water heater and got rid of water. I was told since this is not a gas water heater, dont need too much maintance.

The workers were great, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I really like that fact that when I bought the coupon someone from Brennan called me right away to schedule an appointment and then after the installation I was called again to make sure we were happy with the hot water heater. Our experience with Brennan was top notch and we will use them again in the future (to replace our furnace).

I purchased an Angie's List promotion from Brennan Heating. I mentioned this in my original voicemail and I am not sure if this was the reason for the delayed response or if it was the fact that September is probably an extremely busy time of year in the furnace repair business. Anyway - when they called me back and an appointment was made, the person was timely, did a great job and was professional. I will likely call on them to do the annual furnace check and any necessary repairs in the future.

They showed up when expected, got right to work. Provided some recommendations on reducing noise when furnace runs.

This was a great experience. I received a call the day after purchasing the Big Deal and the water heater was installed the following day. The installers were on time and completed the installation in the time quoted.

Brennan Heating had originally installed our gas furnace and provided maintenance service so we were familiar with the company. When Angie's List advertised a special Brennan maintenance service just at the right time for annual preparations for winter we took advantage of the offer. We have always been happy with their service that is performed promptly with no problems.

The coupon was honored and the check-up done. Nothing more, nothing less.

The service has yet to be performed, but so far my experience with Brennan has been good.

Good. They were able to schedule the installation within two days during cold weather while the existing furnace was not working. Has been working just fine.

Over all no issues all appontment were on time, they even fixed a small leak on my water heater, which i did not know I had. New plumb job for exhast was done very well.

They checked it out and tuned it up. worked great after the tune up.

.Two people arrived on time. They did the cleaning and inspection of the furnace and attached gas line. It seemed that they spent more time than previous people had. They cleaned up everything and explained what they had done and what they condition of the furnace was. I would definitely use them and again and recommend them to others as first rate.

I had the heater installed today (3/20/2013). The gentleman who came out to give the estimate was knowledgeable and polite and the gentlemen who did the installation were equally professional. The coupon covered everything except the new thermostat and the tax. The gentlemen installing the heater went the extra mile by replacing the old gas valve. They also left my garage as clean as they found it. I?m very pleased with the job that Brennan did and will definitely use them when I replace my ducts.

I purchased 2 Angie's List Big Deals for HVAC checks by Brennan's -- we have 2 systems in our home. Although emailing them to initiate contact about setting an appointment was unsuccessful (no reply at all to several emails sent to 2 different email addresses indicated on Angie's List AND on their own website), a phone call did result in an appointment. I had to wait approximately 2 weeks for a time they had a technician available. On about 7:30 the morning of service, I received a phone call from the technician who was having trouble getting his GPS to give him directions to our address -- that happens to us a lot -- so I spent a few minutes going over instructions and he showed up in a timely manner, well within the 8-10 a.m. time block I'd been given. The tech went directly up into our attic and did all of the things I expected he would: check/document system performance, cleaned the electronic air filters and made note of any issues/suggested solutions. He then when directly to our second system and did the same. By 10:30 he was standing at our front door with clipboard in hand to go over his findings. For us, our 18 month old units didn't have any overwhelming problems but he did say that both York blower motors were louder than they should be and attributed it to the fact that the furnaces had been used to dry the drywall mud during construction. He suggested that duct cleaning would be a good next step but did not apply any pressure to buy anything more (neither products OR service) from Brennan's. By 10:30 a.m., the work was complete and life was back to normal. I would recommend Brennan's for HVAC maintenance -- I think they did a good job and I feel as if I paid a great price using the Angie's List Big Deal.

I though he was just great. He presented himself well. He came in and did the job. He was very professional.

The quality of the work was excellent, and the finished product is great. Two small probles - because of the Angies List special, the installers were over booked, started several hours late and were here until after 8 PM. Kudos to their dedication, but I might have preferred a reschedule to the late stop time. Also they neglected to turn on a valve Friday evening and I did not have hot water to the tub/shower. The Saturday emergency number was responsive and I did get that situation corrected. The original team returned Monday afternoon to finish the job. Everything is working well and I was pleased that my water heater was moved to make it more accessible. A couple of bumps in the road, but the end result is a new, functional furnace and water heater.
