All great. They even came back and repaired a problem that wasn't thier fault at no charge. I believe they're the best contractor I've ever dealt with.

Our furnace had stopped working on Tuesday night. Not ever having this problem before I had no idea who to call. So I came to Angie's List. I found many heating and cooling places to chose from. I got it down to 2 then I read some reviews and looked at the business lic.. I saw that Brennan had the HVAC and some very good comments. So I picked Brennan. I was not sorry about my chose. They were on time had it fixed in less then a hour. Didn't try to sell my anything. Everyone in my home are now warm and cozy.

We purchased a home in foreclosure and the furnace was old and barely functional. Shortly after the sale was finalized, the furnace quit functioning. Since the furnace wasn't inspected prior to our home sale, we decided this was a perfect time to get the furnace fixed AND cleaned and inspected. Brennan came out the day after I called. The technician told me that the furnace likely only had a few years left on it so he didn't recommend doing much to fix it. He actually suggested the we buy the part that was broken and fix it ourselves since my boyfriend is an electrical engineer and comfortable with wiring. With his guidance, we were able to locate the part locally and get our furnace fixed within a day. And saved ourselves several hundred dollars. We were so impressed with the customer service that we received, especially as it served our best interests and not the company's, that we called Brennan the next year to have them install a brand new furnace and heat pump. If you are in need of heating or cooling service, I'd recommend you give Brennan a call. They are honest and knowledgeable and will help you find the best solution for your particular needs.

There's not much to tell because everything went smoothly. They removed the old tank, installed the new one, brought the piping and expansion tank up to code, cleaned up after themselves and left with the old tank. After an hour or so, we had lots more hot water than our old decrepit tank had been giving us and now the hot water even makes it to the kitchen sink in less than a minute as opposed to the five minute wait we had before. I am very pleased to have been able to use a Big Deal to replace an old water heater before it completely failed.

As I said above, the tech was very polite, gave advice when requested by me, and left me with a verbal report and a checklist in writing.

They did a thorough evaluation of the house as requirements and a quote. I will get two additional estimate and quite possibly, they would certainly rank high on my list or the highest on my list if the others are comparable.

After buying the deal, scheduling was quick and easy. The service man was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He spent time to educate us on our furnace and general maintenance. Overall we were very satisfied.

He came, he cleaned, he was polite and efficient, he was on time and it was great as usual. They installed my furnace in 2005 and are absolutely wonderful to work with.

Very pleased with end result and work. Price and work was terrific. Minor scoping issue we were able to work through (run gas line from meter, not existing line in garage, and provide power inside firebox). Once I showed tech signed/approved proposal that spelled all that out, he did the work per proposal and well. There was an issue with getting a liner in our super tall chimney. They ended up having to rent an expensive piece of equipment to do the work, and did not ask for a dime for it. Was VERY pleased I didn't have to have that conversation with them. Would highly recommend.

Technician arrived during expected time range. Politely and expeditiously performed his tasks. Answered my questions about what he did and how often maintenance visits should be done.

My furnace quit working and I knew it was old and had repaired it several times. I found Brennen on Angies List and they lived up to the ratings. They were very responsive. They gave me the informaiton on the age of my current equipment and recommended replacement which I was not surprised by. They specified a few choices and recommendation. The installation was swift and they were very clean. The job was fantastic and the equipment is exactly what we needed in our home.

Replaced water heater for hundreds less than the estimate from the original installers. Professional, got the job done efficiently and explained everything I needed to know. Would definitely use them again.

Repairman arrived 15 minutes prior to scheduled time! How often does that happen. He was very efficient and even put up with our cat who realy wanted to help him clean too!! Answered all questions and was very helpful.

In 1992 we were able to change our electric heating system to a more efficient gas boiler. In 2012 when our annual inspection for our usual maintenance checkup was done, the technican informed us that our heating plant should be replaced and quoted a figure of $10,000. Realizing we needed additional and more specific help I called the office to inquire what other options they might offer that wouldn't carry such a high price tag. Brennan sent their gas boiler specialist, Paul Obee, and he assessed the problem and he was very reassuring that he could correct the problems and we did not need a new furnace. He ordered parts and came back to do the work. Paul installed a new up-to-date control package which was fine-tuned to the needs of our complex two-zone heater system. It took a few visits to fine tune issues with our thermostats but we were not charged for extra visits. We were happily surprised by the fact that our fuel bill has gone from $170 to $94 a month on the budget plan with Puget Sound Energy. We cannot sing Brennan's Heating technology and Paul Obee's knowledge and capability too highly.

They are professional and they have very good customer service. I like them a lot. The service man that came out introduced himself right away and told me why he was here, and that was good for me. He was quick and I believe that he gave us an accurate report. He didn't try to sell extra services that we didn't need. He gave me a report on how our furnace was doing and I believe that he was truthful and honest. Their prices are a bit higher than other companies.

Rescued our difficult situation with a great ease. The workers performed excellent job.

Furnace went out during Thanskgiving holiday (of course). Technician called back quickly and diagnosed problem over the phone (by having me interpret the flashing display on the furnace). Came out and fixed the furnace. Did charge extra for coming out at night and a holiday but it was worth it to have our furnace in good order again.

Kevin John, the best technician we have "EVER" had repaired the furnace. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Placed a call to Brennan on a Sunday that our furnace was not operating and Kevin came out that same day to fix it.

He came out on time, performed his service and inspection. I asked lots of questions and learned a lot about air filters, what types, and how they can affdect the furnace operations. Ask lots of questions. The furnace was immediatly running smoother and the house wa back to a consistant temperature. Our system was in good shape and he explained how to keep it that way for a longer time.

They did a great job, I was really happy with the service. The guy was really nice and was actually early from the scheduled time. Their technician was very honest and said the air conditioning was in great shape. We heard the A/C make a noise from time to time and he said it was a motor that he didn't think was going to go out anytime soon.
