The technician was on time and friendly. He spent time going over with us what he would be doing and what he would recommend for the future. I would use this company again and recommend them to other people.

Bought the coupon for an end-of-season checkup. The service technician arrived on time and provided the service as promised. Found an issue with the furnace, explained the problem and provided detailed written estimates of various options. Seemed very professional except telling me the heat exchange was cracked when it wasn't!

I WAS VERY PLEASED! I had thought I might be looking at needing a new thermostat or possibly a new transformer.... Once again Mike was knowledgeable , professional, patient (answering all my questions and concerns) and honest! With his expertise and experience he made a quick and accurate diagnosis and expeditously remedied the situation! I would not hesitate to use Brennan again and will do so in the feature for any heating and or A/C needs. I will also request they send out Mike Allred! Good job Mike thanks again..........and thanks Kirsten for getting me scheduled for a service call the next day!

I purchased the "$59 for a Season Ending Furnace Clean & Check" Angie's List Big Deal provided by Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning. As with most Big Deals, I purchase the coupon but put off setting the appointment. I was surprised when Brennan Heating called me to schedule the appointment less than a week later. The technician arrived within the time frame given and performed the furnace inspection and cleaning quickly.

Professional courtesy, Imran the tech was polite and explained lots of information. He did a good job at answering all my questions and explain options to address a new issue in our house. Really happy about their service.

It went great. Brennan totally accommodated my schedule, arrived on time, completed service at both houses. The service guy was polite and professional.

They did excellent. I would use them again. They did what they said they would do for how much they said they would. I think it took a little longer than they thought but they stuck with it.

I was pleased with the work. The company contacted me right away after purchasing the deal through Angie's List. All of their service people were very professional and in just a few days I had a new water heater installed. It hardly took them any time to get the installation done and they were even early for their scheduled appointment time. I was very impressed. The water heater has been working great ever since!

I was impressed from the beginning - the estimator was informative and explained things to me in terms I was able to understand. The personnel doing the installation did as well. They arrived as scheduled; kept me informed of the progress; gave me additional options should I want them; gave me all appropriate instructions and manuals. All of the people I dealt with were very pleasant. The work space on completion was cleaner than when they started. I definitely will use them again if the company handles products I need.

It worked out well. I think the technician was very good and I'm very happy. He spent a lot of time working on the furnace, found some problems and gave me a repair estimate; he's good.

Very sorry for the late review. One day I noticed a lot of water around the water heater. Thankfully, it's located in the garage. After checking all the logical possibilities, I determined that this tank had died a natural death. Did some research on Angie's List and chose Brennan's to start with. The owner was very cordial and gave me a quote over the phone. I kind of choked when I heard the price as I had only had electric water heaters in the past. But I knew from other posts that this was a relatively good deal. A required expansion tank drove the price up some. The next morning two installers showed up and quickly went to work. They patiently answered all my questions :-) Very efficient installers. They had the old tank out and the new one in within 45 minutes. And they left that part of the garage cleaner than it had been to begin with. The new tank has worked fantastic since it was installed. From the initial call to Brennan's, the entire project had taken much less than 24 hours. Doesn't get any better than that. I would call upon Brennan's in a second if anything else decides to go south on us.

Had to wait 2wks for appt which may or may not have had anything to do with the Big Deal coupon I used. I did not appreciate the technician using my restroom without permission. Im assuming the furnace was properly cleaned & serviced, I have not had any problems at this point. When finished, the tech went outside for a smoke break while I waited for my invoice. When he finally came back in, he charged me sales tax which I was not expecting since ive not had to pay that with the other Big Deal coupons ive used. He also gave me an estimate to replace my water heater ($1100!!) which he said was 10yrs old & aboit to go out. This was not true. I wont ask this company back again.

They examined my then non-functioning heater, and explained that the cost of repair on the 20 year old unit was not worth the price. The alternative, although pricey ($4,500) was to replace it with a new, 90% efficiency hi-tech model. They walked me through exactly what this would entail, and the advantages of doing so - cheaper monthly expense, energy efficiency tax breaks, sophisticated control panel, etc - and did it in a very thorough and patient manner. The installation involved several alterations, which they made in a timely and extremely professional manner. Throughout, they were attentive, very through, and obviously proud of their work and reputation. I would recommend them without the slightest reservation!

Had an appointment with Paul to clean and inspect my gas furnace. He inspected my furnace and shut the gas line off and recommended the system be replaced. I asked for a quote for a heat pump and air conditioning. The quote appeared high at $14,479.00 with promised rebates from Lennox, PSE, and Angie's list of $1300. When I received a call back from Paul, I explained that I had called two other companies and that their bids were lower. He said he could not adjust the price any lower, so I asked for a lesser expensive model since he had quoted the top of the line model. Paul said he would create a new proposal and call me back with the figures. I have heard nothing from him since.

Excellent service, very pleased with Brennan and the service man Jeremy. Would highly recommend them.

Installers showed-up on time. Very friendly and professional. Work completed in about 3 hours. Took extra time to explain the new system and theromstat functions. During the course of several weeks it seemed that the heater was taking too long to heat the house when first coming on in the morning. Called Brennan Heating with questions about this but was unable to get a clear response, initially. Called back and spoke with the owner, Eric, who appologized and immediately made arrangements for a technician to come out to inspect the unit. A very small adjustment was made and the heater is functioning perfectly.

It turned out very well. He was right on time and was very professional. He didn't try to sell me anything. He just told me I have some issues but didn't hard sell me on anything. The work was done promptly. I was happy with the service. He was great. I would have him back.

It went very well, the representative was polite and professional. He addressed all concerns that I had and was forthcoming with options that were affordable and energy efficient. He surveyed my heating system and was able to describe how they would be updating it and what would happen to the existing oil furnace. The ducts would need to be cleaned as the oil heat system deposits a great deal of soot and the new system would, most likely push more air, which would send the soot out into the home. He advised that I update the water heater to gas as well because they would be running a line in close proximity and the water heater was of sufficient age to be replaced and was installed incorrectly because the original blow off vents directly into and through the cement flooring. If an accident were to occur, it would most likely undermine the concrete flooring and it would need to be replaced. all in all I am very happy with all the assessments that he gave me.

As far as I know, as a non-expert, he did the work well. Came on time, worked efficiently and pleasantly. My first "Big Deal," so hadn't known I'd have to pay him tax. Fair amount though.
