Their bid was high. We went with another contractor. Also, their bid did not address AC, so we asked for a revision. They never responded.

It went well. We were thrilled to have an Angie's List coupon to use, which helped reduce the cost significantly. They were on time and got to work right away. He shared a lot of concerns about the way the furnace had been installed and basically relayed that a lot of work will need to be done. They were professional and timely, and I appreciated his attention to detail... .

When I called to make the appointment I was told that the service time would be between 11:00am and 2:00pm and the service person would call when he was on the way. I received the call about 12:20 and the service man was arrived in ten minutes. The service man was very professional and did a complete servicing job and cleanup and left a record of each item checked out. I would not hesitate in using Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning again.

Very straight forward pleasant experience. Responded promptly for an estimate. Then scheduling for installation was within 7-10 days. They predicted a 2-3 day time frame and were finished in two days. Installers were friendly and courteous and answerred all our questions.

Our heat pump was not producing cold air during our last min heat wave. Called Brennan to come out and check it out. Come to find out that the heat pump was not wired correctly and was fighting with the furnace. Our Technician was very friendly and had it fixed within an hour. I would use them again.

This last time I used them it was a flash visit. I wasn’t as excited about the second visit as I was about the first one. The lack of consistency makes me think twice about calling them again. I used the same coupon for the first visit so I expected the same service. I was shocked.

I am happy with the work that they performed, however I had requested that they send me a receipt and I have still not received anything in regards to my request. They also promised a 6 year guarantee, so I have no proof of this either, because they did not send me my receipt.

During the routine maintenance inspection an oil leak coming from the motor was found. The furnace was installed five years prior by another company. A new motor was ordered and installed the following week. The service person who came to the house was professional. I had some initial concerns between visits and called their office. The man in the service department who I spoke to made me feel not heard but they left a message to the service person who performed the clean and check. He called me back and answered my concerns. He came back a second time to install the new motor.

We got the Angie's BigDeal for Season Ending Furnace Clean & Check because it was a good price, and we hadn't got our heat pump and the rest of the A/C system checked in a while. The folks from Brennan contacted us right away and scheduled a comfortable time for us. The gentleman from Brennan arrived at the scheduled time, and carefuly inspected everything. He provided a nice checklist, and shared lots of great information with us. Thanks to his advice I was able to switch our filters to an economical alternative. Overall, we were very happy with the service and continue to think that it was a good deal.

I called to schedule service the same day I purchased the coupon - within minutes actually. Reception was friendly and helpful. Got the day and time that was convenient for me. Paul called 45 min before arriving to let me know he was on his way - very much appreciated. He was courteous and knowledgeable of the make and model of my old furnace. One part needed replaced, which he had in his truck! Paul did his job fast, but efficiently, and did not try to sell me any additional services or parts that I didn't need.

Everything was great, exceptional service and the men who installed it answered all my questions accurate and very nice. They made it less painless for having to go thru this. Only complaint is they should have encouraged me to buy furnace at Costco as it would have been cheaper or get points. Only complaint $$. I did talk with them and they did attempt to help me with COSTCO. Otherwise very good experience.

The technician was thorough and efficient. He didn't have the type of filter we wanted, so he ordered it, and it came in two days.

They did a good job, and told me about potential issues due to the age of the tank. While they were working on the water heater they noted that my furnace had some problems and told me about those as well which I thought was very good service (Note - they had installed the furnace a few years ago).

Last year 2012 was my first year using them and they were great so I have them coming again this year. They are easy to make appointments with. I have found them on Angie's List Big Deal two years in a row and they are offering a furnace check, clean for a really great rate. Guy showed up right on time and was very friendly. Over past year my furnace has had no problems so I trust in them. This year 2013 our big negative was that we were given a two hour window when they guy would show up to work on furnace. At end of two hour window he hadn't shown up or called so we ended up calling them to see if he was coming. He finally showed up an hour after the original two hour window was past. Maybe that is what you need to be able to accept when getting the Angie's List Big Deal from them.

Sales person was responsive. Answered all my questions. Provided a quote within a day and was extemely prompt in addressing my followup questions. The price was lightly higher than the contractor I ultimately slected.

He scheduled, came on time, was in and out after about an houjr and left everything in good shape.

The service technician arrived at the time they said they would. Very professional and fast.

Everyone from Brennan was great. We originally hired them to do a furnace service on the furnace in the house we just moved into. The service went very well. While doing the service, they noticed a leak in the hot water heater and gave us a quote on the installation of a new hot water heater that beat all other quotes we had already gotten from other companies. Overall, a very positive, professional experience.

The representative (do not remember his name) was very friendly, and chatty. Almost wish he just got to the point a bit more, rather than chatting and being funny.

He was on time, found the problem quickly, and got my entire system back on line. Excellent work. I will use them again.

I called and set up an appointment for the following week. They came on time and explained what he did to service the furnace and recommendations he had to keep it in top shape.y

It was okay I didn't think he took a enough time to completely check the furnace. I didn't find out much other than the furnace needs to be replaced and he wrote up the bid to let me know how much it would cost. I've decided to use another company off Angie's list and to look at other options.

I feel the services performed were up to my expectations.
