Service was great! Even took the time to add a filter (had not been put in when furnace was installed). Very reasonable cost and very personable and knowledgeable service tech. I highly recommend this company.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I hadn't had a checkup for some time. The repair was going to be high enough and the furnace was old enough that I opted for a new one. He knew his stuff.

Phoned Brennan Heating and was able to get appointment within one month. Technician showed up on time and did an excellent quality job. Excellent service.

Overall went very well. Only complaint was that they arrived about 30-40 minutes after the given 2 hour window.

They did a fine job. I just purchased a second Big Deal from Brennan to have my A/C unit tuned up! I recommend them!

Purchased a Big Deal for Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning to do an inspection on the furnace. He did a great job, gave quote for repairs needed. The service technician was on time, friendly and professional.

Signed up for their furnace inspection special. Turned out ours was shot. They removed the old one and installed a new high efficiency unit. Everything went great. They showed up on time and completed the work with no problems or delays. This is the second time I've worked with Brennan at two different homes. Both times, they did a great job! If I need HVAC work in the future, I'll call them for sure.

Person did a nice job and was very prompt.

He came on time, but when I showed him the coupon, he said that that would only cover the inside unit [my furnace], and not the outside unit [heat pump]..I told the person at the company what I had at the time and they never said I would need another coupon for the outside unit. He called his company and they said the outside unit would cost 95.00 more. This feels like bait and switch, and I told him I wasn't interested, and he left. I can get Sears to do both units [they are really one unit for this house] for 103.00, which is what I am going to do...Buyer beware.....

Cleaned up all residue from condensation. Determined the wrong venting had been installed and gave me a quote to replace with the correct venting. Also suggested I replace my hot water heater as it was well over 10 years old. Gave me a quote for this as well. Service provider was friendly and professional.

Everything was great. I used a big deal, called them got an appointment right away. they were on time. Ricky and Gabino were very professional they did a really nice job cleaned up nicely and everything has been working great.

He inspected the furnace and advised it was ready to go out. We are going to let the unit go out before we replace it. but the gentleman that came out was knowledgeable. We had also used them on the past for a water heater installation . I have been pleased with their services.

When our heating system broke mid winter we asked Brennan for a quote on its replacement. They guys were very nice, curteous and professional, but unfortunately the quote was higher than the other providers we asked for bids and didn't provide with the warranty of the provider we decided to go with. Therefore, they didn't win our business this time. We've used them in the past for installation of a tankless water heater and they were great, so if it weren't for the price we would have definitely used them again.

They were fantastic. They are part of Costo which saved us a lot of money and we got a top quality furnace. They were about 8000.00 cheaper than another company in Silverdale, who was trying to sell us a mid range furnace. Overall we would recommend them and use them should we ever need to!

prompt - performed the flush and then spent about 20 minutes answering all our questions about how the unit looked and what maintenance we should be doing.

We purchased the Big Deal, they got us on the schedule for a couple weeks later. Performed end of season cleaning and check-up. Only surprise was that tax was not included in the Big Deal so paid tax when service completed. That's okay. Will call for service again.

They showed up on time and did the service as expected. The $59 was one of the Angie List deals that come by. The Tech that showed up was informative. Will use their service again.
