Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning

Service done as one of "Angie's Special Deals". Work was requested in May but due to heavy demand could not be accomplished until late June. Service tech "Kevin" was efficient and knowledgeable and completed work in short order. He also made several helpful recommendations regarding home heating improvements that were available.

I was satisfied with their service. They also worked on my second water heater and honored the big deal pricing for that. He was very helpful and informative.

They show up on time. They are great. They do the job right.

We had purchased a big deal and they collected tax from me. They charged me an extra 6 dollars. Charging me the tax was not professional although they gave a receipt. The pricing of the big deal was very good and I think their regular service is pricey.

They are wonderful. I bought a big deal for an inspection and ended up getting a whole new furnace and it was a good thing. When they inspected it, they found out that it was dangerous and they had to turn off the gas and everything and a day later, we had a new furnace. I knew them by their local reputation and so I didn't get other quotes. I recommended them to a friend.

Service man was prompt and professional

We got them through an Amazon coupon and it was $1194.28 for the furnace and $314 for tax and permits. It was a good price. They absolutely surprised me on the speed with which they got over there and put it in. I signed the contract with the estimator at three O’clock in the afternoon and the next morning at ten O’clock, a truck pulled up to put the furnace in. They were professional and did a nice clean job. They are doing some repair service on the furnace in our new residence as well, so we did use them twice.

Kevin was courteous, competent, and didn't mind answering a few questions as he quickly finished the maintenance.

Arrived on time; things went okay.

He did a full inspection on water heater. Gave me good news that heater was in good shape. Gave several suggestions for heater to work even better which we will follow through.

Cleaned burner on hot water heater. Only blow burner tube and terminal cover with mouth and vacuumed the rest off, but some debris fell in trap and didn't clean it out properly, not getting debris that was underneath, cleared which kept the water heater from working. Called american water heater and they told me how to clean it out. and it worked after that. Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning were going to charge me $168 plus tax to come do it. The worker who came had one dirtry shoes and and left a track across carpet.

They are great. They came when they said they would and they know what they are doing.

Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning was great. They did okay. They said it was fine. They said I'll probably need a new one soon but not yet. I give him an "A" because they came, they did what they said they would do and they did a good job. We were pretty satisfied with the heat pump installation too.

They were very quick and really efficient. We thought that we were going to need to have some extra work done, and they said that it did not need to be done until next year. I always really appreciate it when they do not try to sell us service that we do not actually need. We like them.

Installed AC in house. Everything went as communicated.

I scheduled the best time for delivery and installation with the contact person on the coupon. A team of two employees arrived as scheduled. They worked separately but complimented each other -- one began the task to drain the tank while the other turned off the gas, water, etc. While it turned out not to be as easy as I thought it should be, these two very young men did the job and eventually got the gas water heater installed. One of the two briefed me on how to lite the gas water heater and familiarized me with the settings----it was very different from my old gas water heater so I appreciated the briefing. They cleaned up and hauled away my old heater--both of them saying they had never seen a water heater like my old heater. The job was well done.

Went very well. Technician was prompt and professional. Cleaned duct work and furnace. Tested and explained results. Definitely a good preventive measure.

They arrived on time, looked at the furnace, explained what they would be doing and why, and explained what was done when they finished their work. They were informative, and pleasant.

We were kind of disappointed when the young man from Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning was here. We thought that he did a real good job but we ended up having to go through when he said we needed a new heat pump and furnace. So, we called our home owners insurance that the seller had bought with the house. They sent some people out and they went through more steps and they said we really didn't need it. It was upsetting. We were confused of who was right, the insurance people that we're going to pay for or Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning who was going to put it in. He was a nice young man and he was on time. He seemed to be pretty professional. But at the same time, after it was all over, we reflected back upon it. I think the young man wanted to sell us a new system more than we really needed it.

It went according to plan. Mike arrived on time, did the maintenance on my hot water tank, explained to me quite thoroughly what he had done, made suggestions for future work that might need to be done. He worked efficiently, cleanly, and was friendly, and helpful.

I appreciated the professionalism of Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning and they were the ones that recommended that there was a lot of dust and that I should contact a company to come and clean out the ducts. I appreciated that.

A very experienced technition that has been with the company for over ten years did the service. He was very friendly, clean and did a great job. The furnace in our home is easy to get to and easy to work on and he was happy to do the service. I bought a discounted price on Angie's list and after he finished, I realized what a great deal it was. I would definetly call this company again for any repairs or maintenance.

Service was fine. Serviceman did not know I had purchased "special" and was going to charge me $159 but when I told him he readily accepted it and adjusted the price.

Punctual, very professional, let us know of parts that were starting to wear down without trying to sell us something.
