Inspector showed up on time, completed the job, gave me some good tips on my 20 ear old furnace, and didn't pressure me to buy a new one.

This was an Angie's List deal. The service was well priced and the technician very professional. Brennan's was diligent in confirming the appointment and notifying me of the approximate time of arrival. I would definitely use this service again.

It turned out awesome. I bought their Big Deal and the only extra charges were taxes and permit I think. I paid $250 over the deal amount. Their service and product was great. I have another house that is going to need a furnace and I am going to use them again.

They were great. They came out and did just what they were supposed to do. He even found a filter for our weird little furnace. They called and made the appointment. They were wonderful. We just paid them the price of the big deal. The guy was nice. If we need to upgrade the furnace we are definitely going to call them because they seem right on the up and up.

I wasn't terribly impressed with him. He decided to shut our furnace down as a result of the inspection that they did. It was just a furnace inspection and he gave us some quotes on replacements.

We purchased a big deal and the service went fine. Everything went as I had expected it would. I wasn't there when they came out, but everything came out fine.

It was okay but I felt a little bit scammed by the add because once they come in, there are the extras that they add in. So it ended up being quite more than I thought it was going to be but it was still cheaper than had I not had the deal. Other than that, they were good. They were fast to come out, so they were really responsive. They weren’t pushy. One of the guys said that I needed to seal all my ducts and that was going to cost about $2000 and I said I couldn’t do that. So he told me how to do it myself and that was really thoughtful.

We've dealt with Brennan in the past, and we chose them because they're a good company. As usual, they answered all of our questions and were great about communication. Furthermore, they were on time and did a good job with the installation of the water heater.

Mike arrived exactly as planned. He checked all 3 systems and cleaned out any debris that would have caused problems later on. Checked all pressures on AC and said all looked good. He did not try to sell other services we do not need now. Will call them again for sure in a year for another check up. Highly recommend !

Technician called the morning of the appointment to let me know he was on his way. He was on the earlier side of our appointment, which was nice. He was clean and ready to get to work. My only concern was that I had a hard time understanding him because his accent was so thick. Not a reflection of his work, yet I had to really concentrate on what he was saying. After servicing, the technician gave me his recommendations. The most urgent fix was about $285 for an expansion tank on hot water system. The recommendations on the invoice stated that things are running fine for now, yet may fail at any time. I felt that prices and options for replacing the furnace/hot water tank seemed high. I need to more research on that. The house is 8 years old and we know that some components of the house may need updating or replaced. I would give this company a call again for service, and I would consider them for replacement installation.

They did great work. During the cleaning, they found that I had some cracked heat exchangers. They explained in detail what it would take to fix that. I appreciated them telling me because it could cause a carbon monoxide problem so I had them do the repair was as well. There were no issues throughout the entire process.

They did a great job, we have used them twice in the past, and they actually installed the unit prior to us joing and using the Angie's List Big Deals.

On time, professional and did quality work. I would use then again.

He arrived on time. Looked over the hydronic heating pipes for bumps. He found that original installers had put a piece of duct tape on the end of the thermostat controlling the temp of the hot water. He replaced that and adjusted the temp to the code.

So GREAT.... Receptionist was great in making our appointment, Technician Scott was on time and giving excellent service. Love that the give you a 1 hour window for appointment. /beats most others who need to give you a 4 hour window
