Excellent. The technician arrived promptly and was super informative. He was more than happy to show me things to look for that could potentially save us from having to call a technician to come out. Would definitely hire again and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

We have had problems with them before. The messed up something previously. They installed something in our water heater incorrectly We are under warranty with this company so we will keep using them.

They were actually kind of awesome. They had given me a quote the past fall and my heater broke. They actually honored the quote. They are very good about calling and reminding about service.

They were prompt, informative and very professional. he job was done in about an hour and we are very happy with the service. We have used Brennan for may years and will continue to do so.

They did a real fine job! We screened about 9 different companies and they were the only ones that had the inspections to be all inclusive. They also did a good follow-up and customer service.

They were professional, kind of no nonsense. There were a few nits here and there about the quality of their work. I think a sign off process would be nice. If they would walk you through and say this is what we did. Just kind of a fair disclosure moment. Brennan tends to be a little higher on price. They were really good with their responsiveness. Professionalism to me would be telling me they were done and then showing me what they did. I would use them again if the need came up.

Damon and Cass showed up on time, were efficient and were very professional and personable. They were a joy to have work done by. I will request them if they are available for any future heating needs I might have. I was extremely pleased with this dynamic duo! I needed a couple of parts replaced and Cass did a great job of showing me the parts and explaining why they were needed. The receptionist, Jessica was very professional and worked hard to find a time for the servicemen to come out that would work for me. Overall Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning is an excellent company to do business with. I am so glad I called them.

They've been pretty good. They are a little pricey but they are good. Every fall I have them check the furnace and do a safety check. I buy the filters online and they change them for me. They are very friendly and very nice. They are easy to work with and arrive as scheduled.

Heaven’s yes, we would use them again. They are just very good at anything they do. They are probably the best in the city. When we put our new heating and air conditioning system in, I took 6 bids from 6 different companies. They weren’t the lowest, but they were the best. They had the best equipment and they weren’t that far off from the lowest. This was the first time we used them, when they put in our new system. When they left, I got an email from them about a week later, with a picture of the service man that came out to the house. They wanted me to grade him. I thought that was neat.

Great. I have used them before and will again

They were very clean. They came in got the proper size and was in there the next day, and they did a good job. They were good, they would call when they were on their way and call when they got there. I just thought they got there got to work and didn't play around. They were very clean, professional and polite and that was good.

They come every year. The price is $200 or something. The price was fine. I wouldn't know the quality; they just do their thing. I'm sure it was fine. They were in and out. Their responsiveness to me was good. Their punctuality was fine. Their professionalism was good. It was just one worker.

The entire experience was top-notch. Kevin, the rep, was very helpful in getting all the information I needed about the heat pump and the cost and the financing options. He also followed up after the installation. The day of the installation I had workers here most of the day. They were all excellent - very professional and considerate. They explained everything very clearly, and worked together to make sure everything was complete. I could not be more satisfied with my new heat pump and furnace from Brennan!

I think they were fine. It's a long time ago, so it's a little hard to remember.

Everything went very smoothly with no surprises. Cleanup was great and the work was accomplished in the estimated time.

It was pretty expensive, but they did it through a store. I figured that the store wouldn't be dealing with any fly by night operation. So, I felt pretty good about them from that point of view. It was expensive, but we got massive rebates and what not from the store and the electric company. So, when it was all said and done it wasn't terribly expensive, but right up front, I thought it was very expensive. I called a couple of other friends, and they were even more expensive.So, I guess it was fair. I guess I'm just out of touch with reality.On the cost, it was very expensive, but compared to my friends, I thought it was okay. I had some questions that they haven't been very responsive to. It wouldn't stop me from hiring them again; I'm just disappointed.

They are an "A" company across the board. I am planning on using them again.

We have been using Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning for a very long time and we're always 100% satisfied with them. We use them all the time. They're very efficient, they're very good. I'm very satisfied with them. They're the only people we use. It was an annual service cleaning. They're excellent. We wouldn't use anybody else. Always, always.

The pricing is fine. There was one worker that came to do the work. The worker comes out and takes care of things and leaves.

He was here on time and great about answering questions and giving us supplemental information.

Been using Brennan for several years and never been disappointed.
