They were very fast, helpful and efficient.

I forgot to call them back, the 2 months elapsed, I lost my deposit so nothing was done. I only wish I had remembered to call them back, or been reminded somehow. My fault. Now I don't know what I will do about the furnace, have not decided.

It was a Big Deal for furnace clean & check. The person who came (I'm sorry I forgot his name) called us to inform that he would be slightly late but came on time! First, he cleaned and checked the furnace. Then we had a lot of questions since our heater is about 25 years old. He answered all our questions, gave us lots of details, and was very friendly and patient. Overall, we had a very good experience.

They were very professional, and I had no problem with them. I like them!

I contacted Brennan to ask for a bid for improving the venting in my house and installing an air purification system to reduce my pet allergies. They said they won't help me with anything like that until winter is over. Unfortunately it's still September and I can't wait 6 months for this. Don't bother calling Brennan in the next 6 months unless your furnace is broken. Evergreen heating has been much more helpful. Call them instead.

Quick and informative. He took the time to explain what he was doing. I asked about the possibility of a new furnace in a few years and he explained some of the differences between the old and new furnaces and the different installation issues.

The tech was on time and polite. Did the service of HVAC and explained all the issues we might face in 6 months to couple years. Recommended to take care to prolong the life of the appliances. Also suggested few other things when its time to replace them. So, For now they are all working as expected.

The employee arrived on time to my home, asked if I had any concerns, then got right to work. He explained what he was going to do, including replacing my filter. He was friendly, but courteous and very professional the entire time. I have continued to use Brennan for my annual servicing since then. They even take time to call to remind me that the service is due - not an automated call! Great business & Great service!

Went well. Very accommodating and flexible with my bizarre schedule. Worked quickly and was honest about the condition of our furnace and A/C.

Removed the old furnace and installed the new one. Brennan's furnace installers also connected the new furnace to my existing ducting. They installed a new thermostat and gave me a carbon monoxide detector. This part of the work was excellent. A separate person inspected the ducting in my crawl space and did an effectiveness test of the ducts. This part of the work was less than professional.

It went just fine. I have an old furnace and was concerned about the heat exchanger and his opinion was that it was still in good condition. We discussed the options available when I need to replace it and what a new one might cost. I was pleased to get the information and will contact Brennan when the time comes to buy a new furnace.

They were prompt when I requested an estimate. They had a coupon on Angie's List and were considerably cheaper than the other estimate. They did a good job.

Making the appointment was fine. We made it for July 12th. They said they would be here between 2 and 6. We didn't hear anything from them and at 5:45 we called to see if they were still coming. The service scheduler said the technician had to leave for an emergency. That part is totally understandable, things happen. But my complaint is nobody called to let us know we would need to reschedule. It wasn't till we called them that we knew anything. We did reschedule for the next week and the technician showed up on time and everything went smoothly.

I had a slight problem and they came out and fixed it with no additional charges. They will be monitoring us annually.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They came out a couple of months after I purchased the deal. Their service was just average.

We have used Brennan in the past for our regular gas furnance inspection and maintenance so I knew they were prompt and courteous. When our hot water heater started to have diminished capacity, we proactively decided to replace it before it leaked everywhere. Brennan was easy to set up an appointment and they arrived on time. It went so well, I didn't even know they were down in the basement. They took care of the old equipment and explained the new water heater to me. Overall, an enjoyable experience and we will continue to use them for our regular maintenance.

Excellent people to do business with. They are prompt, honest, respectful and did not try to sell me something I do not want. I would hire these people again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I ended up not using this service. I paid for it but I could never get the scheduling worked out...they were very booked up.

Technition arrived on schedule and professional. Worked quielty. Cleaned and adjusted units. Did not try to upsell on any devices or services, which I appreciate.
