Their estimator was punctual and provided a concise and informative description of the state of the old furnace. Because we did not have heat, they put our job at the top of the list. The new furnace was installed the following day. It is a clean and professional job. The installer was very profession.. I have already recommended Brennan to a neighbor.

I just decided that I don't need to have it done.

Brennan did the annual maintenance on the gas furnace. I have used them many times in the past and they always have done great work for me. The Angie's List deal is a great value and peace of mind going into the winter months.

I got them through Costco and their service was awesome. They came, put it in in one day and cleaned up after themselves really well. The technicians were very caring and understanding of our being without heat. They took care of it as best they could. They were really good.

They gave us advice on how to even out the heat throughout our older home: partially choke off certain ducts, keep doors open, and buy a fan booster to increase air flow into a particularly cold room. Plus they sealed a duct and cleaned the electronic filters.

The Installers were on time, professional, and friendly. They answered my questions with ease, and pointed out possible future enhancements to the new furnace. We shook hands at introductions, and shook hands at their departure. And speaking of departure, when they left, you wouldn't of known that that they had been there for over two hours. Not a sign, nor any indication of all the work that was performed!! A very positive experience!! Thank you Brennan!!!

The furnace stopped working at night and freezing temperatures. They could not show up until the next morning. When finally they came, they told us that they programmed the system wrong when they installed it and there was nothing wrong with their furnace. Three days later the same problem reoccurred with the outside temperature at 19 degrees. We placed numerous calls over a period of four hours and managed to reach at least three emergency call numbers. All said they were too busy to give us any help. Finally we talked to a more cooperative service person that said he would try to come buy during the night. I appreciate the fact that he did indeed show up. He was more knowledgeable than the others, finally identified the real problem with the furnace and managed to get it started again. He promised to order the part and come back to finally repair it. I have to rate their service after the sale as SUBSTANDARD. The fact that it took three service calls by different characters to finally (maybe?) diagnose the problem and that it took four days to get here is simply not acceptable. They work their people to death up to fourteen hours a day and they are ill equipped to respond to an emergency.

They took out the old furnace and installed a new one. They were fast, professional, courteous, and left the place very clean. I will definitely do business with them again.

ALL CONTACTS AND INSTALLATION WERE EFFICIENT, PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. AFTER A WEEK OR TWO WE FELT THE FAN WAS A BIT NOISY AND THEY PROMPTLY ADJUSTED IT TO OUR SATISFACTION. THE THERMOSTAT IS NOT PERFORMING TO OUR EXPECTATIONS BUT BRENNAN IS WORKING WITH US TO HELP US BETTER UMDERSTAND THE DEVICE. IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED TO OUR SATISFACTION WE WILL ADVISE YOU FURTHER.

This helps both identify issues if any as well as eliminate anything that may be of concern regarding the furnace. I was also able to apply the discount coupon from Angie's List.

The sales representative who visited our home was very professional and knowledgable. He listened to our needs and provided a lot of good information that aided in our choosing the right sytem for our home. We requested to have one additional heat register installed which required that a hole be cut into our carpet and subfloor. This, as well as all other work was completed without incident; we couldn't be happier. The work was completed in a single day. We received instruction on how to use the thermostat, and the system works great!

Very impressed with service tech he was early which was very nice, showed me how to clean the filters for the air cleaning system and how to make sure they are installed correctly. Very impressed with the company from the person who scheduled the appoint to the service tech. Great experience.

We purchased a complete water heater refurbishing. The technician said we did not need a certain element of the purchase and we were told we would receive a $60 refund. We did not receive it right away, however we contacted Angie's list and there was a misunderstanding about who should issue the refund. We then contacted Brennan and received the refund.

Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning arrived within the time window they provided and got right to work. They drained the water heater and then removed the front panel and cleaned the inside, including sediment that had built up. They cleaned up after the job and it was all done within 20 minutes.

Very professional - will definitely continue using them.

It was Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out fine. It was good. They ended up replacing an extension water for the tank. They were very professional and very responsive.

I met the sales rep at Costco so I thought it was going to be a good experience. He came over and gave us a bid. We ordered a furnace. We bought a midrange furnace. He promised that he would be on-site and come by and check on everything during the installation which he never did. The furnace was installed, and we were unhappy with the furnace from day one. It was very noisy and did not heat the spare bedroom like we expected it would. They came back at least three times, then finally, replaced the furnace motor at their expense which at least got us to where we were satisfied with the furnace. The sales rep was not good. I felt like he just told us whatever we wanted to hear and did not follow-through. The gentlemen who did the installation were professional and so were the techs who came to address our complaints. I felt that they were committed in addressing our complaints. They did keep coming back until we were satisfied.

It turned out very well. I will highly recommend them. They were very professional. In the quote process they suggested that there may be a lot of roof work to be done for the exhaust and duct thing. It turned out they were adequate and it saved me some money.

It was a good experience. He did a very thorough job of looking at my furnace and cleaning it. He explained everything to me as he was doing the work and I actually learned a lot from him. However, he answered a personal phone call in front of me while he was working, which annoyed me a little bit.
