We have been super satisfied with them. They have been just really on top of working with us. We have not had the furnace installed yet but in terms of their customer service and everything, they have been great. They call you back and they are on time. We have had experiences with others that have just been slightly difficult and we have been getting quotes but these guys have been really polite and they were not pushy. We would definitely use them again in the future.

I forget the technician's name...I think it was Drew....he arrived early during the 2hr window they gave me, calling first to let me know how long it would take him to arrive. It went wonderful. He checked the furnace, the notice that a piece was close to failure, discussed my options with me and replaced the bad pieces once we decided it would be best for the future functioning of the furnace. I also asked him about doing an Air Conditioner check. He spoke with his boss over the phone and they decided to do it that day to avoid me having to set up an additional visit, which would cost more. He checked over the air conditioner, which was in good condition. He even cleaned the outside for me and hosed down the cleaner, showing me the correct way to do that so as not to damage any of the inner workings of the air conditioner ! He went above and beyond, by far!

Outstanding service! I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, expertise and customer care all the way from the initial consultation through the final installation. The sales rep took the time to determine our specific needs and made recommendations that were focused on our satisfaction rather than trying to sell us the highest-priced product. The installers and the electrician were top-notch, and it was easy to tell that they really liked each other and worked together as a cohesive team. The service technician came and looked at our furnace and said that we actually need a new one and doing a tune-up wouldn't really improve the operation of the furnace. He left an estimate for a new furnace which we are actually renters so we will pass this along to the landlord.

This install was great - they arrived on time, and were friendly, professional, and consultative. They took the time to walk through everything, helped me decide the best placement of the compressor outside. The height of my utility room ceiling isn't great, so they had to work through a few challenges, but it is clear that Miguel and team know how to problem-solve. After they were finished with the install, they programmed my thermostat, walked me through everything (such as how to change/when to change the filter), answered all the questions I could think of, and then made sure I knew how to contact them if I thought of more questions later. Even with challenges, they still were done by 3 PM, exactly as promised. And now I am cool and comfortable on these warm days!

The service went well. They were very intelligent about seeking out the particular solution that would work for our house and not just figure the first obvious solution. We got them through Costco. We paid Costco and Brennan did the work. The only caveat and I do not know if this is Brennan’s fault, but it was a ductless heat pump and it was louder than I thought it would be. They gave me the impression that it would be quieter. I do not know if that is just the equipment or what. That is the only part that I was not happy about.

I was quite pleased with them. I don't have any specifics good or bad and I think they were very good.

Kevin Cooper provided the proposal. He conducts himself with the utmost professionalism. He will work hard to provide the best price. Martin and Austin completed the necessary work and were outstanding. They arrived promptly and worked tirelessly for 10 hours straight. It was a very long day as they came upon some unanticipated problems as the house is old. They worked through each challenge without complaining. They are smart, creative and resourceful. They are also very helpful and answered all my questions. Brennan did a fine job. I had 3 other estimates and they provided the best price and the service was excellent.

The service was satisfactory. They did exactly what the deal stated. The technicians were punctual and I have no complaints. Scheduling was fairly.

Service provider does not work on Oil Furnaces so I was unable to use the coupon nor did I get a refund.

I was notified by Brennon Heating that even though they installed my furnace (boiler) and performed the yearly service on it for the last two years (also on Angies List 'Big Deal" vouchers) that they no longer honored "Big Deal" service vouchers for furnaces with Boilers. The Big Deal 'fine print" did not mention any such exception. They did not offer any other discount on the service, but instead told me that they would do the service for their normal price of $182.00. Looks like "bait and Switch" to me. Very disappointing.

UPDATE: Eric, one of the owners called me personally after my review of not being happy with the thermostat installed. It was way beyond anything I would ever use. He made arrangements to have a programmable easier to use installed for me that week & also a check was in the mail for the price of the more expensive one. I will definitely use them once again. It was AWESOME customer service. Way to go, Eric! You went above & beyond making me happy. Thank you!

We're had Brennan install 3 gas furnaces and 1 gas water heater. They are very professional and reliable. Mike Allrred was the service technician that came out to clean and maintain the furnace. He was on time, professional and thorough in doing the service. We are second generation customers of Brennan and would recommend them to family and friends.

Friendly and professional service. The appointment was easy to schedule and service was performed on time. The cost was as advertised.

Originally, we purchased a tune up kit on Angie's list. We were then told that this kit only applied to working heaters and that they would be happy to come a**** our situation for a fee of $100. It did not go well. The provider came out and was not knowledgeable and did not provide any answers concerning our heater. We asked for a written estimate and were not given one. Instead we received multiple vague phone calls that day about different things we might need. No exact prices or estimates were given concerning these multiple items needed to fix our heater. Additionally, after our request for a written estimate, there was no follow through. Until we issued a complaint, we had heard nothing back from the company. Ultimetly, we still have not received the written estimate. We have been in contact with customer service and hope to receive a estimate soon.

They were professional. However, we have an oil furnace, and when the called me to set an appointment, they told me that they only do gas systems. I cancelled the deal with Angie's List. They were fast in responding to me after I bought the big deal.

It went great, the technician arrived on time and finished quickly. He also gave me information on pricing and suggestions for new furnaces if I were interested. His information was spot on to the research I had already done on my own so I felt like I was not being upsold or told false information. As a result and after calling for several other quotes to some companies that would not even come out to give me a quote, I worked with Brennan and purchased a new furnace a few weeks later. I worked Greg in sales and he went over everything clearly and even came out the day of the install to ensure the installer and us were all up to date about the things which were to be done. Great experience all the way around!

The installation crew was very professional and on-time. They took the time to go over placement options with us, and they kept our home clean while getting the job done in an efficient manner. Such a nice group of people to work with. They came out to install air conditioning, but I also think our furnace is working more quietly and efficiently. I would definitely hire Brennan again.

Installation went very well. The crew that did the work was very responsive and professional. They took the time to explain to me everything they were doing step by step. And the work was done with real craftsmanship and the quality was excellent. There was one minor issue that developed as a result of the installation. They were responsive to the problem and corrected it immediately. We would use them again.

Very responsive, called right away to set up appointment, called to confirm and showed up right on time. The Service Tech was very personable, polite and professional.. I would use Brennen again myself and have no reservations in recommending them.

Serviceman showed up and pronounced the furnace broken. He was unable to repair as the furnace was too old and the broken part was no longer available. He gave us a quote for a new furnace.

There was a representative came to our home the previously day to do an annual check on our furnace. My husband had some concerns about the water heater. They checked the heater and explained to my husband what was happening and my husband decided to have a new water heater put in. They were there the next day to put in the water heater. The area was kept clean while they were working. After the work was completed, they explained what was done and all the workings of the water heater. It was a pleasure to have someone in my home that was professional and took pride in their work. They are on my work contact list. Thank you

On the 4th before I purchase I called and let them know the details of the work and purchased a coupon. They showed up on the 5th and said they were busy and weren’t able to do tune up on the same day. I then called the next day to reschedule, as requested, early march. In March, they called early that day to cancel because a tech was out and ever since that message we haven’t heard from them to reschedule.
