This was the 3rd of 3 quotes. Came in about $1000 over the other bids. Went with another company

Called to say he was on his way about midway through the appointment window. Serviced the furnace. Collected sales tax on the $69 fee I had already paid in advance, which was surprising, different from other Big Deal contractors (electrician, other furnace tune-ups) I have purchased in the past. He said it's required by Angie's List. I guess it was in the small print. Otherwise, fine experience.

The technician was on time, professional, and thorough. He did the job quickly and efficiently, answering all of my questions and pointed out issues that were the result of improper maintenance on my part. He recommended replacement of a part that was likely to fail within a few months, and while it added $80 to the price of the service, it saved me the cost of an emergency service call when I have no heat in the middle of winter.

Their prices were comparable to other companies. They arrived when they said they would and finished the job in the time frame estimate. They cleaned up well after the work was complete. They explained things very well during the installation. Everything went just fine and we liked them a lot.

The service man was right on time, did a thorough job of checking out our heating/cooling system. Was very professional and helpful. I will definitely use them in the future.

It would have been a total of $118 but filling the freon cost another $75 and they wanted to "run the line" for a leak which would have been another few hundred dollars but we didn't do it. There did feel like some pressure to do it. But we were happy with the work. They then put a service sticker on the furnace but didn't date it which seemed odd.

I bought the big deal to have my furnace and water heater serviced. They showed up on time, did the job, were polite and professional and stuck to their price. Yay!!

The installers arrived when we were told to expect them. They were thorough and installed the new furnace in a timely fashion. Both men were polite, professional and explained the details of the furnace to us.

They were good. They showed up on time and the guy told me that the furnace was very old and that I should possibly get ready to buy a new one. I liked that he didn’t try to get me to replace it right away.

They were fantastic. We're no longer under warranty but it was an existing problem for three years. They finally figured out what the problem was. When they fixed it, I was waiting for a huge bill. They said that there's no charge. The technician spent a long time too. It's one of those things that's difficult to find. I didn't have to worry about what they have installed. They want to make sure that it works regardless of warranty and timing. With the brand new unit that they installed, there was a tiny leak that showed up after a whole year has passed. They stayed with it and they were very persistent.

They came promptly, very courteous, professional. They were quickly, I have been satisfied each time they have been out.

That went well. The service was done not at my home; it was done at another location. Two technicians came out the first time and then they had to come back for a follow up. They were thorough, professional and effective. I did have to pay extra, because something else had to be done to the furnace.
