It went very well. Did a very good job. Came out and did exactly what I had paid for.

I think the service person was thorough in providing the furnace check-up. I was happy with that part. But I don't feel like I got my $100 worth concerning the service. My furnace was making a terrible noise, which he was unable to locate. Now, months later, it's so bad that I need to have someone come and look at it again, but I won't be calling Brennan.

Overall I'm pleased with the results. The work was scheduled and done quickly. The work was scheduled the day after I agreed to the estimate. The technician's showed up at the back end of their window. The work site was clean and the technicians did a great job. My only gripe came when I tried to apply the Angie's list coupon ($2499 furnace replacement). The fine print says it covers the installation of a new furnace up to $3000 in value. The furnace I selected was $2950. What it doesn't mention is that the only furnace covered is a single stage furnace. I don't know if they even carry a single stage furnace that expensive (generally they are well below $2500 installed). So in essence, the "coupon" is really you putting a >75% deposit on the job. In the end, the discrepancy comes out to a $250 difference...so I chalked it up as a learning experience (don't think I'll use Angie's List coupons anymore). I would recommend this company if you want quality work at a slightly higher price than their competitors.

I called Brennan to have them fix our Brennan installed furnace, which would not start when turned on. Several months ago we had already had Brennan out to install a replacement condensate pump. When I talked to the service department, they told me a service tech would be at my house between noon and 3:00 PM. When no one showed up by 3:00, I called the service department and asked where the tech was. They apologized and said there was some mix up. They said a tech would be at my house between 4:00 and 6:00. But again, no one showed up by 6:00 and no one called. When I attempted to call the service department, they were closed. This was Friday evening. The next morning, I again called Brennan. They were closed for the weekend but a recording left a number to call for emergency service. So I called the emergency number and a service tech answered. I explained the whole situation to this person and he said he would come to my house as soon as he finished his present job. He came within a couple of hours and installed a replacement condensate pump. The pump was under warranty but I had to pay for the labor. The next Monday, I called Brennan to talk to the service manager to let them know they had a serious problem. The receptionist told me that the service manager was out for the day but she would be sure to have them call me back on Tuesday. I gave her all the particulars. Well, you guessed it. No one ever called me back! Based on the demonstrated incompetence of Brennan, I will pick another company for all future furnace needs. I suggest you do the same.

They responded within a few days and the appointment was scheduled. The service technician showed up on time and did the maintenance. He called me to say he was finished, but he had bad news; my furnace had two cracks in the heat exchanger and it was not safe to run. He gave me a quote of over $4,000 for a new furnace. I came close to just saying 'do it', but sanity took over and I decided to get a second bid. I called East Hill Heating and Cooling in Kent, WA and spent quite a bit of time on the phone with the owner's wife. She explained to me in very easy to understand terms the different options available and in length. When I explained the diagnosis on the current furnace and the bid I received, she somewhat sheepishly asked if it was from Brennan - I said yes. She said she was sorry to say it but she thought they were trying to upsell me. After chatting a few more minutes, she said her husband (the owner) could come out the next day and look at my house and the now-dead furnace. Bottom line is I saved over $1,000 by getting a second bid and learning more about my options.

I had bids from three different places but the ability to go through Costco tipped me towards Brennan. Their bid was similar to Home depot's vendor. They were able to install the furnace in my basement crawl space. Overall a good experience. They did accidentally put one extra vent in the master vedroom so had to come back and put it where they were originally supposed to. Our master is always extra warm now. We had them bid out a/c one year later but couldn't afford it. I went to costco recently to.have them call and schedule an appointment for iinstalling a whole house dehumidifier and air filter. I got a call two days later and was told I would here from the salesman for scheduling an appointment soon. I soon received an email from thwir sales person that they don't do whole house dehumidifiers and thank you. So wish someone had told me two days ago or even wgen they called me yoday that they don't do that type of work. So I will go elsewhere for future work.

Service provider was friendly and professional. He inspected and tuned-up my furnace.

Scheduling was easy, bought the Angies list deal and installation went smoothly.

I really liked them. Their techs were knowledgeable, friendly and very courteous. They were right on time and were very professional. People should follow their model. They are good.

It was very quick. Technician completed the tune up in less than 30 mins. Not sure what to expect in terms of time. Identified possible replacements part and prices. No hard sell.

When I installed the new furnace, the guys told me that the system is badly leaking air and that I should consider repairing the ducts. Kyle described me how I need 2 flex lines to be replaced and all the lines reattached. He quoted me $2000 for the work. On the date scheduled, a guy comes by, finishes all the work in 4 hours. After that I have: 1. The flex lines were not replaced, but repaired 2. Every line was re-attached to the main (no complains here) 2. He did not seal all the registers in the house and missed a few Charging $500/hour for this kind of work is outrageous.

Everything was done on time, everyone was nice and the furnace was installed, but a few days later when I let the furnace run for half a day, I noticed that the whole floor where the furnace was installed was wet. I called Brennan after hours and left them a message. Luckily I had another job done the following day by them and the guy looked at the furnace and told me that they did not install a cap and the condensation pipe was leaking on the floor. They installed the cap that day later.

Like many, we spent the summer trying to stay reasonably cool in our overly hot house. We started to consider investing in central air in July, soliciting a number of bids. The first company we contacted painted a grim picture of our entire heating system - he used the analogy of a heart, saying that our "heart" was working so hard and it was getting so stressed that a heart attack was inevitable. He pushed us hard to buy a heat pump, steering us completely away from central air. It was then that we called Brennan. Wow, what a difference!!! Our salesman, Rick, took time to educate us, alleviated our fears of a "heart attack" and provided us with a number of central air choices - all of which included their getting the necessary permits. We were sold. We had great financing in two days (again, coordinated by Brennan), and the system installed shortly thereafter. The techs were fantastic - perfectionists, both. Tidy, polite, thorough. We are in heaven!

They arrived on time and it took them about 2 hours to remove old furnace and installed new furnace. Very polite and very informative. I'm very please with the work they've done.

The technician (Shawn) was very helpful and went above and beyond.

He noticed that the furnace was installed improperly and worked on the heat exchanger and the collector box. We would have had to install a new motherboard and power switches. We decided to have a new furnace put in and installed correctly. We were so glad he noticed. Kevin John, the technician, is fantastic. They were very good.

I don?t know anything about the technical part so I cannot say how good or bad they performed. One thing that I did not like much is that they did not know anything about giving information on what they did to the furnace. Usually after they perform the service, they will give their contact information so that I can contact them if there will be any problem and usually they will put a sticker indicating the date of the tune up. They did not do that. But since I don?t know anything about the technical part, I don?t know how to evaluate their service. However, the cleaning guys were good and they did fine. Apart from the big deal which was $69, they collected a tax as part of their service fee.

We had Brennan come out to give us a quote and take measurements. After getting3 other bids, they were the cheapest for the best quality. They came out to start the install and were very prompt. When the work was finished, the company came out to test for duct leaks, and unfortunately found some. Our installer came back out and we were told that they will fix it for no additional cost. He wanted to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with the quality of work. Our new system is amazing and our house is warm! It will be way better than last winter. We will recommend them to all our friends.

Took off from work for service, provider never came, or called. Called back the following week and they said they had no record of me and maybe it was due to a software issue on their server. Scheduled service for 25 Sep. Again provider did not show during window of time. I called and was told they where behind and would take about 1.5-2 hrs to get there. Again no call to notify and wasted my whole day. Told them how rude it is to not notify people of a delay and requested a refund. $129 service

Repair person did a thorough job and was very helpful in suggesting alternate heating methods for our home as our furnace is at the end of its expected useful life.

Everything was fine. It took about 40 minutes to follow a list of things to check.

It was very good. He actually identified a small potential leak and fixed it.
