The salesman was very helpful and found the perfect upgraded 60 gallon tank to replace the aging and undersized 50 gallon tank. The scheduling and install went perfectly. About two months after install we noticed a little water on the floor under and Brennan came right out a replaced a defective part with no charge or hassle. Very professional company and a pleasure to deal with.

It went very well! - they were professional, timely, and very careful with our newly remodeled home. The heater wasn't draining correctly so they left it in the basement, and returned a second time to take the old one away. Above & beyond what we expected.

Terrible! Men were sent who did not appear to know what they were doing (they did not know how to use my thermostat, and had to keep calling the office to find out what to do next). The first one said he had repaired the leak in the heat pump, but it turned out that he had not and that there were multiple leaks. When checking the entire system a part broke in my furnace. They ordered a replacement part but could not install it for fear of breaking something else, so recommended a new furnace! This was a nightmare!

Determined the the vents needed cleaning. Agreed with that. Then said the furnace was beyond its "life" and definitely should be replaced - sooner rather than later .Main reason- a crack in the chamber where the burn takes place with a strong danger of carbon monoxide poisoning. Cost estimate at $4,000 plus. Got a second opinion (not from Angies list) who reported there was no crack and nothing was wrong except vents should be cleaned. Got third opinion from Puget Sound Energy furnace person. Furnace is just fine - no crack. no need to replace.

Timely and quick response for estimate. The furnace and heat pump were install on the date as promised. Installers were prompt, neat and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves. Furnace/heat pump are working fantastic.

The only thing they forgot to do was reset my furnace filter clock on my thermostat controller, but I can do that. Otherwise, excellent job.

The guys who did the work were delightful, explained everything, did good work and cleaned up after themselves and were knowledgeable. Very happy with the service.

The whole experience was very positive. Rick came out and gave the estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. While they were priced a little more than other bids we got, we felt much better about the knowledge, confidence and professionalism Rick brought. After the gas meter was installed, the install team showed up on time, were polite, friendly and conscientious about cleaning up after themselves each day. They stayed on schedule and had the job done in three days as promised never leaving us without heat or hot water. They performed like clockwork with their coordination. I was a bit nervous going into this but I could not have asked for a better team to do our conversion.

They were fabulous. They were professional. They cleaned up. They were on time. I did not have any issues at all. They came at the time when they said they were going to. The price was fine, it was quite expensive but we needed a new broiler. For what we needed they were an ?A? on price.

Went on the internet after he left and discovered there was a class action suit against Bryant because of heat exchangers not lasting as long as expected. The result was Carrier (Bryant) would pay for parts and labor for 20 years. I called Brennen to ask why I was paying labor costs. Was told they no longer carried Bryant so were not responsible for labor. Talked to service fellow and he was very abrupt. I asked if they would give me a break on the service as I had bought a top of the line furnace in 2003 and expected a longer life. He said no that was best they could do. Asked to talk to the fellow I bought it from and the secretary said she would talk to him and call me back shortly. This was Monday. On Friday called again and asked to talk to him and was told he was in a meeting and would call back. Now 6 days later still no response. I called another Bryant dealer but they would not do the work because they had not installed it - felt Brennan should still honor the warranty. Called Carrier (Bryant) and was told yes it was covered and they would try to find someone to do it. I was caught in a Catch 22 and after being without heat for almost 2 weeks decided to just buy a new furnace from a different dealer. Feel the very least Brennan can do is refund the $108.40 service call fee. I'm 74 and on a fixed income. I dont feel I should be paying labor costs because Brennan decided to not carry the furnace they so highly recommended to me.

The technician was extremely thorough, pulling out all parts, vacuuming, inspecting the system, testing and even added the service label. He found the igniter had wear and recommended replacing it, but without a hard sell (I did replace, as nobody wants that thing going out in the middle of December/January). He also took time to educate me on functions of the furnace that I don't often use. He called when on his way, showed up within the established service window and was very professional in appearance and interaction. I would definitely use them again.

I was having an intermittent problem where my gas furnace would stop heating after reaching about 64 degrees. I had 3 guys from two different furnace repair companies (all with A ratings on AngiesList) come out and look at it and they pretty much scratched their heads and didn't know what the problem was. One jiggled some wires and then seemed more intent in trying to sell me a monthly service contract. That guy should be in a different line of work. But Brennan's Craig Wierman immediately diagnosed the prolem as a bad thermostat; he replaced the thermostat, cleaned the flame sensor and other parts of the furnace and had my heat flowing again.

We made an appointment with him and he showed up on time. He was courteous and explained how it worked. It was great but I did not want to spend that much money.

I was looking at a specific brand and they had It. Very straightforward, on budget, on time and nice clean install. Very happy overall. They hauled away old units. Everything has worked out fine.

It was fine, ok but not exceptional. They came in and did the service work.

Fine. There's a reason the folks are well rated - nice, professional, and do what they say they're going to do.

My daughter bought an Angie's List Big Deal coupon for a furnace inspection and cleaning in July 2014. The furnace was found to be in good working order. Starting around October 25, the flue fan would run for a long time, sometimes the burner would ignite and sometimes not. On October 29, technician Adam came and determined that the gas valve and igniter component should be replaced. These were replaced, but the problem continued. On November 6, Adam replaced the pilot assembly and the system now works fine. Since it is extremely difficult to determine which component is at fault, it seems that it would have been prudent to replace the least expensive component first. I am on a fixed income, and the cost was a big concern. Overall, I am pleased to have the furnace running again. I would also like to say that Adam presented himself to be neat, competent and sincere. Kent, WA

We was happy with the furnace. Everyone was easy to work and they showed up when they said they would. They did a very professional job and cleaned up afterwards. The furnace did fail but it was under warranty and they replaced it again.

Easy to schedule. Technician showed up on time and was very professional. Their only low mark was on price. Technician offered to replace igniter ($169 "regular" price, $69 today with tune-up service), and flame sensor ($149 regular price, $49 today with tune-up service). Or today's special price from them $118. But you can buy both parts from the Internet $40 combined. They already charge $159 for their basic tune-up service which is on the high side compared to other providers. So don't try and gouge me for triple parts price. I won't be using them again.

It was great. They have serviced it every since. They are quick and efficient. They are comparable to other companies.

Tech said that the "new filter" part of the deal applies only to disposable filters. Since ours is not disposable, we didn't get a new one, even though this was a big part of why I bought the deal. It also says "carbon monoxide detector installed". I declined to have him install it, so I got a detector in the packaging. That was my choice, though.

Appt scheduled for 8-noon time window. Received a call just before 8am to reschedule appt to another day due to scheduling issues. When I explained I had taken the day off work to be home for this appt, I was rescheduled for the 1-5pm time window and was told it would likely be closer to 5pm. The technician arrived shortly after 5pm. He was very knowledgeable and handled the tune-up itself in a timely manner. I don't know what the scheduling issue was, but it caused some issues for me, as my planned day off of work had been filled with other appointments, as well, to take best advantage of my time. I do appreciate that I was included at the end of that day's schedule and that the technician was willing to work a little late to handle my appointment. I'm hoping the scheduling snafu was truly something that could not have been anticipated and is not the norm for this company. I will definitely give them another try, as the service itself was great and I felt very confident in the technician's knowledge and expertise.
