They were the only ones that are doing this job. They did an excellent job. I would use them again in the future.

It went great. The gentleman was very pleasant and on time. He worked with us on an estimate for a new water heater as well.

My only complain has to do with the Mechanical Permit Inspection. The City Inspector advised that the exhaust and intake should have screens over them to prevent birds from getting into them. He approved the installation on the condition that I would have the Contractor come back and install the screen/s. I advised the Contractor and they will do it tomorrow on the intake only, i.e., he said they don't screen the exhaust because of potential ice buildup creating blockage.

I would recommend them. The estimate inspection was thorough and the quote was very straight forward. The team who came out to do the job was very professional, they did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. They also came by later to do a secondary inspection. They gave us a great deal. They were on time and completed the work quickly.

I was not there but my property manager was. They discovered that the humidifier had clogged and needed a new filter pad. The service they provided was good, and from what my property manager told me everything went well. My only complaint was that they wanted another $100 (more than that but I can't recall exact price) to come out with the part and replace the pad. Seemed like a lot to replace a simple part. I was hoping that the service would include things like filters and pads. They installed the system initially through Costco so I thought they would know the system enough to have all the parts needed. Also when it was initially installed I was never instructed on maintaining the humidifier pad.

It didn't turn too bad. That didn't turn out too well. It was an upcharge deal. They came and they said that they can do this but it doesn't cover this and this and what you really need. It ended up being $300 to $500. It was a lot. It was a Trojan Horse kind of a deal.

OK clearly wanted to see me a new one although that was probably unnecessary.

The furnace in our home failed two days after my husband died suddenly. I was referred to Brennan by a friend and they came out the next morning and gave me a bid on a replacement. Unfortunately, their schedule was completely full and they I would have to wait 2 days to get any heat in the house. (It was already 58 degrees inside and I had a young child to keep warm). When the scheduler discovered what was happening in my home, he shifted some of the other clients and the furnace was installed the next morning. I can't thank Brennan enough for their kind and courteous manner and professional installation.

I called to set up a routine maintenance and inspection appt. The furnace is getting older so I wanted to gain an inspection and evaluation of the furnace To understand if there were any parts that needed to be replaced. Scheduling and punctuality was great. When we received the invoice and "Inspection" summary, the technician had a list of parts he recommended should be replaced as they were pretty "worn" in his observation. The list totaled to an amount around $1,000.00 with labor. My husband looked at the list and was skeptical. He knows a little bit about furnaces but this is one of our rentals and he preferred to have someone else do the work. Upon looking at the list however, he didn't think all those parts needed to be replaced and took it upon himself to order a few he knew how to remove and replace himself. Upon removal, he noticed the old parts were still in pretty good condition and never needed to be replaced. After that, we questioned the integrity of the report and this provider lost our trust. We will never use them again and would never recommend them.

Our gas furnace was leaking water. We called another company in to inspect the problem. The other company said we would have to replace the furnace. Their quote for a bottom of the line furnace plus labor was in the range of $4,100. Because this was a large amount of money, I had another company give me an opinion. The other company that I called was Brennan Heating and A/C. Their service man inspected the furnace and said that the leak was due to a stripped screw. He replaced the screw, which resealed the hole. The leaking stopped and we don't have water on the floor anymore. I am very appreciative that Brennan was able to diagnose the problem and provide a solution without trying to sell us something we didn't need. I would call them again without hesitation.

We have used Brennan in the past for our furnace needs. The are prompt and reasonably priced. We will continue to use Brennan as needed.

Only small hitch with the furnace install was they came with was the wrong furnace but while they took out the old furnace a second truck got the right furnace and there was little or no delay in the work getting done.

They were very professional. They responded very quickly and had somebody come out to give us a bid. When we decided to go with them, they scheduled. They had five guys come out, all very professional and each had his own duties or tasks or areas of expertise. They removed and installed a heat pump, furnace, air filters and thermostat. Their price was very competitive and they also provided options that were favorable to us that other companies did not. So I just think that we had the best selection and expertise. The guy who gave us the bid had been an installer so he could answer all our questions. And when they left, they listed all the names of the five installers in case we had any questions or problems with the system. They were kind of expensive but it was worth it.

The service was pretty good, but there were some quality control issues on the back-end. They performed the work on schedule. The workers were fine. They were on-time. The only issue is that when they rewired everything when they were completed with the furnace install, they did not reconnect everything correctly.

They did it in the time specified and for less than estimate. Their team was excellent and covered all issues. They also went over every aspect of the system with us.

Christmas week we lost hot water to the house resulting in cold to tepid showers and other uses at a critical time with household guests. Because we have a combined furnace and hot water system, only a few vendors are qualified to service it. Brennan was very clear when I called that only two of their technicians were qualified, and that it would be 24 hrs before they could get someone to the house. They gave me a three hr window, and the guy arrived at the very beginning of the time and was able to immediately diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, the part needed to be ordered and would not be received until the week after Christmas. The part came in on time, and was installed quickly. The Technician (Paul) also fixed a leak in the system and made several good suggestions. The system is now working better than it has worked since it was installed (by a contractor) 5 years ago. I now suspect that the switch as defective, but not in full failure mode, from the start. I have had the original contractor and two other firms out in the previous five years to "diagnose" why the system consistently failed to perform; the most recent in August. None of them had anything useful to say. Granted, it is easier to diagnose a problem when it has caused a clear failure; nevertheless, I suspect that Paul would have caught it much earlier. Thanks to Paul and Brennan for a wonderfully warm New Years.

The front office was able to schedule me for this repair with little notice by having a repairman who lives nearby stop off on his way home at the end of the day. Really appreciate everyone's responsiveness!!! My experience is that Brennan typically does a great job! Had one problem with a crew in the past so they sent another crew out & dropped the price. This customer was very happy!

Things went well. They showed up, did the work. On time (actually EARLY!!!) Technician was pleasant.
