Brennan did a great job for us. The technician showed up on time. He explained what he did and why. He made recommendations on what we absolutely needed and some things we should also consider. We felt like we get an honest opinion. One of the best service calls we hace ever had.

We were very disappointed in the installation of our new gas furnace and will not purchase another appliance from this company again. I have been very happy with other service providers and vendors from Angie's List, and this is my first complaint. From my experience, they certainly don't deserve a good rating. (1) The installers turned the gas off to the house but failed to re-light the pilots of our gas water heater, fireplace insert, and freestanding gas fireplace. (2) The installers failed to alert us of this, which we discovered when we attempted to take showers--with cold water. (3) When I contacted the service department about this, the representative I spoke with said they would not come out to re-light our pilots but said he could "walk me through it" over the phone. This was after he acknowledged that re-lighting the pilots should have been included in the installation. I am a 66 y.o. female who has never lit a pilot light before and feel since this was supposed to be included in the installation, I should not have to do this myself. (There were three technicians who installed the heater, and not one of them 'remembered' to turn on the pilot lights?) (4) There was so much dust in the house the week following the installation that my husband and I have been waking with serious sinus headaches each day and a layer of dust covering our mantels and computers. (5) We checked the Merv 16 filter and discovered arrows written on the filter and it's housing that were in the opposite direction as the manufacture's printed directions. They did not leave a message or call us to clarify if the filter was currently installed incorrectly or if their furnace required a different installation procedure. (6) I have made a three unproductive calls and emails to this company asking for clarification. Neither the manager or the field supervisor has attempted to return my calls or emails. It has been over two weeks since the installation. Bottom line--don't use this company.

I tried to redeem the voucher but the company won't honor the deal. They said that is not how they would have worded it. I need a larger unit than the deal specifies and they will not apply the $3099 value of the deal to an upgrade even though the deal says specifically that they will. They completely refused to honor this. **This was done over the phone with a representative** I will clarify this (Member writing online). Here's the Deal: $1,899 for a new Bryant forced-air single stage gas furnace installed 80% efficiency Valid for capacity sizes ranging from 70,000 to 135,000 BTU Includes parts and labor Pre-installation heat-load calculation to determine correct size of furnace. If member chooses to upgrade to a more expensive unit, the $3,099 promotional value of this voucher will be credited toward a more expensive unit Cleaning out supply and return plenum Resealing all duct work near furnace Includes testing of existing duct work for air leakage when required by the State of Washington I read the "upgrade to a more expensive unit, the $3,099 promotional value of this voucher will be credited toward a more expensive unit". So what I expect is to be able to upgrade and take the promotional value as stated on the deal which the company agreed to. I didn't threaten to put up a bad review, my guess is that was one of the other people who were un happy about this situation. The company just chose to not honor the deal, they are trying to unload some 80% efficient furnances and if you want a higher efficiency one they just tell you to get a refund. They weren't sorry and they were quite rude after a while. I'm inclined to believe the yelp reviews about this company. Roll they dice my friends, you might get lucky when dealing with them but I got the not so pleasant experience.

I was extremely happy with the service. There was no extra labor to replace a part that was worn which he had in his truck. He explained everything as he worked including the testing. This is work I would normally do myself but never got to it, and I'm glad my wife bought this "deal" on AL. I have replaced this part in someone else's furnace so I know that he knew what he was talking about. He did not try to upsell anything and was happy to install the cheap filter I'd already bought and said the cheap ones were fine. He explained some other things I had questions about as well, like the fresh air inlet timer and function. Unconditional thumbs-up and a great value. I let him put his company's service sticker on the furnace so we remember who to call next time. I wouldn't allow that for most companies!

Brennan is great . We have used them for several years and feel they are very knowledgeable, honest and fairly priced.

The service was excellent. One person come out and it took him about 21/2 hours to do both. Their ratings are great, excellent price, professional, responsive, on time and priced as quoted. They will be doing more work for us.

I thought they were quite thorough, did a good job and cleaned up well. They came out recently to repair a furnace component and were out immediately.

Before they came to service the furnace it was a situation where the furnace stopped working. They came out, were very professional, diagnosed what the problem was and said that some of these items were recalled, the furnace is only two years old. They brought in a separate switch so that I can keep my furnace going. They ordered for the parts, came back and did all the installation. They just charged me for the service call. It was excellent. Brennan is the best.

That was okay. I felt like the person that came didn’t do much and just tried to figure other ways to make money. There were other questions I had like, how to increase the air flow to the other parts of the house and those really weren’t addressed. He was just like, if you replace this that is going to go bad, so it was like he wanted to sell something more than anything else. Scheduling was reasonable. I don’t remember having an issue. It was early morning and there were no surprises there. For a checkup and filter replacement, that price was fine but personally I don’t think that service was good for me. I didn’t feel like I needed it and the questions that I had just couldn’t be answered. He did find a problem that was not related, I had a leaking water tank, and they don’t handle that but they did see that had happened. Other than that, it was more about I want to replace this, I want to replace that and just hard selling. This person may have been a contractor for the company but what I felt was a part of whatever they could sell additionally, a portion went directly to their pockets in addition to what they had already done. So I felt like there was a lot of pressure to sell something regardless of the fact whether it needed or not. I felt like I didn’t need the stuff he was talking about, like he said the igniter could go bad and it is the worst time of the year, just stuff like that. I didn’t enjoy the service at all. It could have just been the individual that I would blame it on than the more on the company itself but you can’t separate the two easily. I wouldn’t recommend them for a $68 service unless you are the kind of person that doesn’t know anything about how to replace your own filter and be prepared to be sold things you don’t need.

He arrived on time. Was very professional and informative. Did the work quickly with no problems.

Checked & cleaned burners, checked thermostat, tested for carbon monoxide, added algae killer to HE tank.

It worked out well. I have no complaints about my interaction with them.

We woke up to a cold house this morning and since we have used them before we called them first thing. They promised someone between Noon an Three today and would call first. Sure enough we got the call, He showed up shortly after, listened, listened and listened some more. He quickly found the problem, explained what it would take to fix it and then completed the repair.

The service went fine. One technician came out. He was friendly and did a fine job. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

I apologize to Brennan and Angie's List users for this very late review but a family member's serious illness has distracted me for the past few years. Our experience with Brennan has always been good. It's easy to set up an appointment, the service tech always arrives on time and is professional and knowledgeable. On this visit the technician cleaned and serviced our gas furnace. Overall, we were pleased and would definitely use this company again.

Our experience with Brennan has always been good -- it's easy to set up an appointment, the service tech always arrives on time and is professional and knowledgeable. We had an older hot water heater and wanted to get a sense of its condition and how much longer it might last and the technician answered all of my questions, replaced a sensor, and cleaned and flushed sediment out of the tank. Overall, we were pleased and would definitely use this company again.

The service was fine. They told us that we needed to replace our water heater which was pretty annoying because it works fantastically and it's not that old. We're getting the service done to try and sell our house so we didn't really want them to put that in the report so that was the pain but they did the job fine.

The guy showed up on time, was professional, answered my questions.

Very professional. Checked the heater, explained everything to me. Even helped with an issue with my bathtub faucet. Super friendly and courteous.

It was fine. The only problem we had was that we didn't think they were coming and showed up the last 10 minutes. They didn't call. We actually just had left the house. We came back around. Other than that, the guy was very nice and knowledgeable. Everything seemed good. We noticed a part that was getting ready to go out so we are going to have them come out and replace the part after winter.

It went pretty well. It was convenient and it was cost-effective and I will recommend it. It was a pretty good deal.

The blower went out on the furnace and he gave us an estimate for replacing the blower but explained the furnace was probably on its way out at 15 years old. We had the whole thing replaced. They even put in an extra cold air return. The install took 4 hours and we worked with Iamran, who was very nice. From the beginning to end, it only took 3 days for the whole process.

They had a good crew, and were easy to work with. They left the area nice and clean. They did a fantastic job.

Appointment was scheduled promptly. Tech was on time. Very personable. Went the extra yard to thoroughly clean filters. Ver professional.
