Pleased with the service and professionalism.

Purchased a "Big Deal" through Angie's List. Within an hour I got a call from the office to schedule the appointment. The appointment was made with a 8-10 a.m. window on the day of the appointment. On the scheduled day, the service tech (Paul O.)was at the door promptly at 8 a.m. He performed the task quickly and professionally. I was very pleased with the service I received and will gladly use them in the future.

The service was excellent. It was easy to schedule. They were just perfect. They were a company that I had used originally. We have lived here for about 15 years. I always use them. I am specially happy to see that deal on Angie's List. The price was excellent.

I had lightening strike between my house and it blew the furnace out and they replaced that. I have to have the furnace checked at the first of the year each year to keep the warranty going. The people that come know what they are doing and basically, they rebuilt my furnace because both motherboards went out and they didn't charge me a lot to do it. I'm a customer for life. When they schedule it they are here.

This is the first time that we've had our gas furnace and A/C unit serviced where the technician said afterward that he didn't need to make a single adjustment to either system. That has never happened before, and we try to have the units checked every year. I wish I could say definitely that they were serviced adequately, or conversely that they weren't. I honestly don't know because I work from home and I didn't have time to follow him around. He was right on time and very polite and professional in his demeanor.

The technician arrived promptly and after reviewing the A/C and furnace we decided to do the maintenance on the furnace. That took about an hour. He cleaned up and did not leave any mess.

they were prompt and on time and able to come out first thing in the morning which was a huge plus. technician was able to relight the pilot light on my gas heater. technician was friendly but missed what the cause of the problem was. I found out during a bid process to replace my unit that my very basic heater needs a new thermal coupler which would resolve the issues. the person providing the bid (not a Brennan employee) identified that build up of fuzz on the thermal coupler could be sanded off until part arrives or unit is replaced. since Brennan serviced the unit the pilot light has gone out three times so I am disappointed that the Brennan tech missed the root issue which seems to be pretty basic and was identified within minutes of a sales person (said sales person was able to repair the unit as well). I would not use Brennan again for repair work.

Sean found one small issue with a part. Gave me a quote for it but also suggested contacting the vendor who initially installed the furnace as it was still under warranty. Wnet that route and saved a few dollars.

Had a great experience with this organization. The initial consult with the sales rep was great, he listened to my needs and did not try to sell me anything outside of what I told him I was looking for. I shopped around and this was the best deal (used Angie's List deal). Install crew showed up on time and was extremely professional and nice. Install was fast and clean up was great. Would recommend this organization to anyone looking to get a new furnace.

I purchased two $68 Big Deal coupons from Angie's List for Brennan Heating & Air to do the annual maintenance tune-up for my furnace and air conditioner that purchased from Brennan in 2013. Each unit required a separate coupon. During the call to Brennan to make the appointment, I asked Kirsten, a service department representative, how often the high purity Lennox Healthy Climate 16x25x5 Merv (Minimum efficiency rating value) 16 Filter needed to be changed. She said once per year. I asked if the tech could bring a new one with him and install it for me during the annual tune up. Kirsten said yes - there would not be a charge to install it, but the filter would cost about $165 plus tax if it came from them. She said that I could get the filter at a cheaper price at Lowe's or Home Depot. Russ was the Brennan Heating and Air techician assigned to my home that day. He was punctual, friendly and professional. Per his notes on the invoice, he serviced the furnace, cleaned and checked the burners, flame sensors, pressure port (?) motors, and connections; repaired a small water leak in a drain pipe(?). He serviced the AC, checked cap and contact pressures. I told Russ that I tried to get the Merv 16 filter at Home Depot and Lowe's per Kirsten's suggestion, but their highest Merv value was 12. He checked Amazon.com on his phone and told me I could get it from Amazon for $68.96, which I did. In case of an earthquake, he made sure that I knew how to shut of the gas to the tankless water heater, disconnect the power to the water heater, turn off the power to the furnace, turn off power using the breaker box, and turn off the gas at the gas meter. He also showed me how to install the Merv 16 filter when it arrives, and even marked small arrows on the duct to ensure I put the filter in correctly, with the air flowing down - I appreciated that! I have confidence in Brennan Heating & Air and will continue to use them for maintenance in the future.

It was fine. They came probably within a week and a half. They came quickly. There were no additional charges but there were some recommendations. The furnace was fine before. I just did the precaution. He was very pleasant and very professional. He did a fine job for that service. The price was good.

everything was great and they took good care of us. I will plan to continue to do business with Brennan although I am not renewing my subscription to Angie's List because Angie's List opposes religious freedom.

Excellent. Technician showed up on time. The vehicle and the technician appeared professional, clean, etc. Technician explained what he was doing in detail. Welcomed any questions I had. Worked quickly and did a thorough job. Cleaned up after himself. The entire experience was very positive. I am impressed with this company.

I got a call promptly after purchasing the Big Deal and made an appointment. I had to call later to change the date. That day I waited just past the 3hr service window but no one showed. So I called only to find out that they had no moved my appointment date like we had discussed! So I had to stay home another day for the 3hr window waiting for them to show up. Once they did arrive, the Tech parked across from our place in front of the neighbor's garage so I went over to his car to ask him to move. He wouldn't roll down his window and just looked at me to acknowledge me. I waited a min and he wasn't going to roll down the window, he was obviously not ready to start working so I went back inside. It was strange. About 5mins later he called me to say he was here. ??? I let him in and asked that me move his van to be in front of my garage instead of the neighbor's town home since they might need to leave or might not like having him parked there (you never know). He seemed pretty out of it. Our filter wasn't accessible because of a built in work bench that came like that when we purchased the town home so we weren't able to get it replaced but he did leave the new one here. It was a 1" and ours takes a 5". I had some concerns about noises that had been coming from the intake inside the house so he took a quick look with his flashlight but nothing was found. I can't say I noticed any difference after the tune up or really saw what he did exactly for the tune-up part. He stood by the furnace and had the cover off. Guess I got piece of mind hearing that all looked good in the end.

The company gave me an appointment really quickly, and they were also accommodating with the scheduling. The tech was punctual, courteous, thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable. The office staff was really helpful and responsive when I called them with a few questions about the Angie’s List offer.

Great! Our project began with the sales rep, Ryan. He listened to our needs and developed two quotes for us to choose. He answered our questions and was mindful of any special concerns we had in working with us to define the project. On installation day, the team arrived on time, was highly professional and knowledgeable, and worked together to complete the project on time. The team met covered our newly installed sod to protect it during the project. They took out the old furnace and installed a new one, and installed the pad and AC unit outside. When the job was done, the tech explained what they did and how to best operate and maintain the system for best performance for the years to come - from the thermostat, to filters, and beyond. No mess or debris was left behind. The only things left is the electrical and mechanical inspections - Brennan took care of securing the permits and doing the required duct test. Our thanks to the installation team - Issac, Michael, Tyler and James.

For both the service call and the furnace replacement, they showed up earlier than promised, got their work done and were gone quickly. When it was determined that my original furnace wasn't worth fixing, they were able to get a crew out within 2 days to replace it. When they replaced the furnace, they were actually done and gone an hour before the end of the window they promised to show up in. No waiting around all day. They educated me on what to do to maintain it and cleaned up after themselves. They hauled off my old furnace without an extra charge and even deducted the charge for the original service call from my bill.

It was fine. They did their job. They were professional.

I ended up getting a refund for the deal because it was for forced air, not a boiler. Paul came out to assist me and he said that I couldn’t do my boiler on a deal. They are wonderfully responsive and in the past, did extensive work on my boiler. He convinced me very happily that I didn’t need a new boiler right now. I think very highly of him. Paul was at the home for over an hour and he was also very personable.

It went well and I would use them again.

I had a fantastic experience! The two men from Brennan's showed up a few minutes early and quickly and efficiently removed the old hot water heater and installed a new one. They were available to install the new heater within a couple of days of my call. It only took around 45 minutes in total. I paid right around $1,500 total, including the cost of the new 50 gallon short hot water heater, installation, removal, and tax. They made it such an easy experience. I would very highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new hot water heater installed.

Service visit went very smoothly. Service rep arrived within the estimated time window. Work was completed within an hour.
