Very simple, since it was a maintenance service.

Showed up on time, serviced the furnace without any issues, left the house nice and clean, gave me advice about filter changes and air draft returns.

Tech was very professional. I plan to use them when the furnace needs to be replaced.

Arrived on time, told be about my unit... Cleaned per "big deal" purchased. Found and fixed a couple of almost broken parts (additional cost). Cleaned up and finalized bill. He put the appropriate service notes/sticker on my unit. It was fast and took lest then an hour. No complaints. I would use them again.

Brennan Co. called me back quickly, scheduled an appt, service rep was punctual and professional, let me know what needed to happen, and everything was done as expected.

They were here on time when expected. They checked everything with their high tech gadgets to make sure everything is working properly. I have used them before and they are great.

Service furnace. Recommended a part change. Justin came back the following week and installed it. He helped explaine the system since we just moved into the place. Service oriented and communicated with me with the cost and scheduling. Thank you.

The inspection and service were done as expected and with professionalism. The only thing customers should know is to "read the fine print." I did not realize that I would get a bill for sales tax only after the service was performed. Quite the surprise. It would be better if the sales tax could be figured into the price of the coupons at the point of sale, based on the service address, instead of a billing just for sales tax after services are performed.

He was a nice guy and gave me a good estimate. He did suggest I buy a new water heater and he should not have tried to sell me a new water heater when is fairly new. That would be wasteful and I did not like that.

Adam came out and serviced our furnace - we haven't had it serviced in several years. He was on-time and answered all of my questions. I now have a much better understanding of how the overall furnace works and he was able to show me how to make my furnace system work more efficiently.

Discovered dead rodent wedged in the unit and a rusty capacitor. The technician removed the dead mouse replaced the capacitor. I was very satisfied with the work performed.

I called with a dead water heater on Wed, Adam responded early Thursday, evaluated my old equipment, gave me price options and let me decide what to do. Both units were at least 20 years old and inadequate for my rebuilt home. I choose what I wanted. Friday, the next day, Isaac and Mike arrived around 8:30am and spent until 7:00 pm that evening completing the job. Adam was called in to tweak the heater which he did 8:30 pm that Friday night. Isaac and Mike are real professionals, no nonsense, no excuses, great attitude, clean work, and treated us with respect, answering all questions. I am a retired general contractor and know the difference, they are the best. I choose the most expensive unit, my choice and am very happy with the new heating system and water heater. Also, my basement is much cleaner thank to Isaac and Mike.

A few bumps... the first service tech showed up a week early. We agreed that his scheduling team goofed and he left. Then the Angie's List deal came up, so I bought that to use for the ORIGINALLY scheduled service on 4/16. I had to field a call from Brennan's to confirm the originally scheduled date and to apply my deal purchase. Last, I placed a new filter in front of the furnace for the tech to use. He did all the work (as best as I can tell) but failed to install the new filter for me. Not a huge issue, but I would have thought he could have done it while he was in there. I will continue to use Brennan, but I would like to suggest that when I spend over $5k on a new furnace, Brennan's could throw a bone and offer a few free service visits for the first 2 or 3 years maybe?

It worked fine. They normally do our work for us and installed the system initially. I'm going to check next year when it comes closer to service time for another big deal.

Well, the estimate was not completely out of whack (about $4700 including some wall demo to get the furnace out of the closet, since it had been 'built in' to the kitchen. My husband found a wholesale website, however, that had the same model as on the estimate available for about $2,200. The amount for the furnace wasn't itemized on the estimate. My husband played phone tag to find out that they wouldn't be willing to install a furnace they didn't supply. Although that answer isn't completely surprising, it was the attitude the guy had that was really really off-putting. Basically, maybe you shouldn't be a complete jerk when you're caught in a $1,400 mark-up on your furnace. If you don't want to do just the install that's fine - but you don't have to be a condescending jerk about it. So, we'll be going a different route.

They were nice and professional. Our heater wouldn't work. They came out the next day. Found the igniter was broken and replaced it.
