Timely. Removed old unit across challenged back yard down driveway and into their truck. Installed new unit. Elevated it to keep bottom dry. Buckled it in securely. Left outdoor closet holding the unit clean. No concerns.

They also were willing to give me ideas on how to solve my heat/cold problem in my upstairs room.

While having my roof replaced I was informed that the furnace vent needed replacing because it was rusted out. I tried calling around the get someone out on short notice but most companies (from Angie's highly rated selection) basically told me the job was too small to bother with as they were doing full installs. However, Robert from Brennan was very helpful and was able to get a service guy out in a reasonable amount of time. I sent him pics ahead of time of the work item. James showed up promptly on the expected date with parts and was able to do the repair in a relatively short time. He worked well with the roofing guys who had come back for some touchups and in case the roof needed to be opened up for the vent repair. He was willing to let me watch (I've never seen that kind of work done before so something new to learn) and answered numerous process and materials questions. All went well and the repair looks great. Price felt a little high as the service call charge was in addition to the actual work performed. I had understood the service call charge to be a minimum and would be subsumed in the total chares, but could be I misinterpreted. In any case, very satisfied and would recommend/use them again.

I scheduled the service and the provider arrived on time, they were courteous and professional. They check on my furnace and cleaned the filters. After he finished he passed on some recommendations as well as information as to the age of my unit. My unit is more than 10 years old and while he explained it is running well, he let me know what to look out for. In addition, he followed up with a quote if I do replace the full unit. This was all done without any pressure or fear by not replacing the unit.

Brennan performed annual service on the furnace (I purchased a Big Deal), plus cleaned the electrostatic air filter. The workman was pleasant and clean. I had planned to have the tankless water heater descaled, but the workman pointed out there was no valve to do this. He was able to quote me a price to have the valve installed and the work performed. (I elected to have this done by the original installer.)

They were one of several companies that provided me a quote to replace my gas furnace. Quote was for install of a 80,000 btu Bryant high-efficiency 2-stage gas furnace with variable speed fan. Included Honeywell color touch screen thermostat.The price includes a whole house duct vacuum that is required unless you sign waiver. They were very professional and provided a well-written quote.

The technician arrived right on time and did a quality job. I mentioned a small leak in the discharge or venting plumbing that crops up from time to time. He discovered that the installers did not do that part of the installation properly and replaced/fixed the plumbing without any additional charges. What more could you ask for? They've won my loyalty and business.

I actually wasn't home when the work was done-- my wife was-- but the furnace has been in good working order for a year now, the price was good and they showed up exactly when they said they would, so no complaints.

The technician was prompt, polite, and professional. He did a complete furnace inspection and tune up. The technician was detailed in his analysis and he never tried to pad the bill. He gave an itemized condition report with recommendations for continued service (change filters regularly, continue tune ups annually, etc). We would recommend them to friends and will use them in the future.

Service person arrived on scheduled time, performed required service, explained on what he did and said everything checked out OK.

So I did not have anything installed by Brennan has when I received a bid I almost fainted. First things first. When I called into Brennan and spoke to the first initial contact, I told her that my hot water tank went out and I had a flood in my garage. She asked me if I wanted the tank repaired our replaced? Seriously? I think it needs to be replaced since I have a flood. She then laughed. Then I am transferred to a Technician who quotes me a price of $1950 for a new tank installed. This is $500 more than the HIGHEST of 5 bids I have received. When I questioned that rate the rep told me that the other vendors must have quoted me the wrong product. Really? Needles to say, I hung up and will be searching for another vendor for my needs.

The technician was very thorough and professional, even help show me how to hose down my electronic air filter which was very much in need of a cleaning. Extremely helpful guy and exceptionally well done job. Thank you Brennan Heating .

Our furnace worked fine, it was just a tune-up. The person who came was prompt, polite, kind to my dog, and didn't take long to do his job. Will definitely use again!
