Description of Work: they serviced 6 furnaces for me in two houses and two duplexes. they are ok. I had to hound them to get reports on the furnaces and they never sent them. One of their technicians, Adam, is great. He is knowledgeable and nice. They sent someone else who was a jerk. I am not sure it was worth the cost even at the so-called reduced rate. On my house they spent about 1/2 hour whereas on one of my duplexes the guy was there for only 1/2 on both furnaces!! I am not sure if it is just them or if all these companies are a scam.

Description of Work: The Brennan technician called in advance, arived at the top of the window he gave me. He knew precicely what he was doing, did the work well, answered my questions and gave me advice for keepig the furnace and water heater in good order. I was fully satisfied.

Description of Work: A gentleman came out, assessed the situation: an old water heater jammed into a tight place. I got word from another person, that part of the wall would have to come out but the fellow who came out from Brennen said no, that two people could do it without damage.The next day, a young guy (Jason) came out. By himself. I told him that I was told it was a two person job. He said he could do it and after trying to get the tank out, had to call a co-worker. Second person came out maybe an hour later and then --the fun began. It was a mess; part of the door frame got scrunched (which I got $15 dollar reduction in cost which was fine) and then second person left. In went the water heater. But--I saw (after it was in) no leak pan (required in condo!) which I thought the first guy was to mention to second worker. Which apparently, he failed to do. So. Had to wait to get a pan. More time. Pan came. Out came the water heater. Then they used a super toxic caulk or something which was so awful that both my s.o. and I thought about the possibility of having to move out--toxicity didn't clear for several weeks. And only several weeks ago, I found cracked tile--I don't "blame" second guy, Jason. But the fellow he took "orders" from failed to give him all the information/tools he needed. Too bad. I found out later, another plumber whom I had contacted, said he could have done the same work and supplied me with a water heater for about $250 less. I am sorry now I didn't go with him.

Description of Work: The service person arrived on time and did an excellent job. He also offered to add us onto their mailing list for an automatic reminder for our next annual service. We gave our email address and haven't received any spam! We really appreciate that!

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a furnace tune up. I have used Brennan in the past for "real" Duct cleaning, and found them to be efficient and polite. As it turns out we purchased a new furnace and heat pump before we used the Big Deal. We were refunded out money.

Description of Work: Turned out the thermostat was working well. Operator error (mine) caused the problem. The furnace was barely 2 years old and the service man felt it was OK to put off inspection as long as I cleaned the filters. He could not fit behind the furnace to inspect it and made note of that, so did not charge me today.

Description of Work: I had a new furnace,water heater,heat pump and generator put in my home. When the servicemen were finished, I tried tellling them there was a gas leak smell. I was told it was residual. They left without fixing it. It was not residual, the leak continued. I called Brennan later and Kevin came and verified the leak and fixed it for me. He was a great advocate for me as a customer. He came back later, because the the original crew forgot to turn on the pilot light for the new water heater they put in. The heat pump kept making a schrill noise, two service calls later it took to get it fixed. The person in service that I talked to , a woman, at one point did not refer my calls to have service done, claiming she called me several times, my comcast messages did not show she called. Other than Kevin who gave me great service, I will not use Brennan again or recommend them to anyone.
