Description of Work: I emailed 3 times over several weeks before they set up an appointment with me, and that was after waiting a month after I bought the Deal, because I knew they'd be busy with other Deal customers. They never initiated communication with me. At that point, I checked Yelp, and they had some terrible reviews. I decided that their poor communication was an indication that I might have further problems with them.

Description of Work: I made the appointment and my tenant was home to let them in, but when they arrived, they told my tenant that they don't service the type of furnace that I have. (oil) When I called afterward they were polite and apologetic that this hadn't been discussed before.

Description of Work: Our furnace started leaking water so we call Brennen and they came right out. The service person found that the furnace's Heat exchanger was cracked and leaking carbon monoxide. He shut off and scheduled it's replacement in three days. The installion team were very professional and so far we are very happy with their work.

Description of Work: Brennan refused to give me quote of labor and appropiate sales tax separate from the labor, they were at my home for 3 days putting in a standing generator, water heater, furnace, and a new heat pump. They were in too much of a hurry on Friday, the last day of the jobs to address our fears of the gas odor in the garage where the new gas furnace is. We were told it was residual and not to be concerned and that it would disappear. There was a definite leak which was validated that same day. I called my concerns and the technician on call verified and took care of the problem.

Description of Work: Inspected the heat pump and recommended getting new filters at Home Depot to save money. Said that Brennans would make an appt. with us to fix something on the heat pump they forgot to install. They have not made the appt. yet. Said we didn't have to have the heat pump inspected every year. He definitely saved us money!

Description of Work: Overall, our experience was good. The installers arrived on time and seemed very professional. We replaced our hot water heater and furnace with a new 50 gallon tank and a high efficiency furnace. The installation took about 6 hours. The appliances work as advertised and we've had no problems. The reason I've given a B instead of an A is that the installations failed the city inspections for not following city code. Three problems were found and corrected, but I had to take a third day off of work to meet the inspector a second time.
