Description of Work: It went well, the repair/service man was on-time, and friendly. I have a very old furnace, and he immediately noted that I should replace it. I let him know it works really well, and shouldn't need to be replace. He noted the furnace was really dirty, it had beeincen awhile s I'd serviced last, he seemed to do a very good job. A little bit of a mess left behind, but with the groupon, I felt it was a job done well, and for the price.

Description of Work: They didn't replace our air-filters but left a pair of really cheap quality.

Description of Work: Brennan is our local contractor. We have them evert year to service our heat pump. Price is approximately $200.00. We will be setting up an appointment in a couple of months. Did not fill in a couple of items for obvious reasons.

Description of Work: Open up the furnace took a couple of voltage reading and brushed out some dust with a small hand broom. Closed it up and said all was good. And then asked for the tax on the 59 dollars I had paid on line for the cleaning. I was told by the tech that the taxes for the cleaning are not charged at the time of the purchase for the service. Total wast of money. I could have done this my self and saved myself the 59 dollars. Asked the tech a few questions about upgrading my system and he said he was new and did not know and he would call me back after he got the information. Never herd back from them...

Description of Work: Cary came on time and did a thorough check and tune up of my heating system. He answered my questions and was friendly, polite and professional. He showed me how to run the fan without heat to move air on hot days. He wrote the size of my filter on the invoice, which was an extra help. The only thing I would have liked different was that he didn't show me how very dirty my disposable filter was, and remind me to replace it before steady use of the system was necessary. Fortunately I decided to check it after he left and immediately went out and bought a new one at Home Depot. I am thinking the company could probably make money and would certainly provide a convenient service if they carried new filters on the truck. I wouldn't have minded paying a bit more for this. |I will put this company on my list of people to call for service and/or replacement of my unit, and will definitely have them tune it up next season.

Description of Work: We purchased a Gas furnace inspection "Big Deal" through Angie's List for $59. While they were here they found a part that was bad and replaced it which was an additional $99. We were very happy with the service that we received, and they advise that was given. We will definitely call Brennan for future service needs!

Description of Work: The service provided was a furnace check-up. It seemed like a very thorough examination by the excellent Shawn who thoughtfully explained what he was checking and why. A worn ignitor was quickly replaced it because he had the part with him in his truck, avoiding the cost of a second service call. He also informed me of one other potential future issue but wasn't aggressive about trying to sell me on getting it done now. His service was outstanding and I would certainly do business with this company again.
